Traditionally, when joints formed by seam welding are seam welded as a T-shaped joint, especially when the thickness of the plate becomes thick, the disc electrode of the seam welder follows the shape of the stepped part. I couldn't do it (see Figure 7). Therefore, it becomes impossible to weld that part, and a gap is formed. Therefore, there was a drawback that watertightness and airtightness deteriorated in that part. Further, in order to completely adhere this part, it was necessary to perform seam welding and then repair the part by spot welding or the like.
For this reason, the work is extremely troublesome, which is one of the causes of lower work efficiency.

Therefore, the inventor worked diligently to solve the above problem.
As a result of repeated research, the present invention has been developed using a first plate formed on both sides in the width direction of each flat main plate made of two stainless steel plates.
The rising parts are seam welded together to form the first joint part,
One longitudinal end of the first joint portion is bent onto the flat main plate, and one longitudinal end of the flat main plate is raised along with the bent portion to form a second rising portion;
This second rising part and a rising part formed on one side of the flat main plate of another rustless steel plate material are overlapped, and the open end of the bending and overlapping part of the second rising part is made into an inclined step part, and the bending and overlapping A spacer is inserted between the bent part of the part and the rising part of the another stainless steel plate material, and the second
By creating a T-shaped joint structure in which the rising parts are seam welded to form the second joint part,
It ensures perfect watertightness and airtightness and solves the above problems.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1, 1 is a stainless steel plate material having a thickness that allows seam welding, and both sides of each flat main plate 1a, 1a in the width direction are raised, and first rising portions 1b, 1b are formed.
is formed. At this time, the first rising portion 1b,
1b is not immediately raised at a right angle, but is first raised at less than a right angle (steeply inclined), and the upper part is formed vertically, and when polymerized, it is often formed so that there is a gap at the lower end. (See Figure 1). The first rising portions 1b, 1b of the two stainless steel plates 1, 1 are overlapped and seam welded to form an expandable first joint portion A. One end in the longitudinal direction of this first joint part A is bent onto the flat main plate 1a and raised together with one end in the longitudinal direction of the flat main plates 1a and 1a to form a second rising part 2. Like the first rising parts 1b and 1b, this second rising part 2 is first raised at a right angle or below, the upper part is formed vertically, and the lower end is formed so that there is a gap when superimposed. There are many.

3 is another stainless steel plate material having a thickness that allows seam welding, and one side of the flat main plate 3a in the width direction is raised to form a rising portion 3b. At this time, the rising portion 3b is the first rising portion 1b described above,
Like 1b and the second rising part 2, they are first raised at a right angle or less, the upper part is formed vertically, and when they are overlapped, they are often formed so that there is a gap at the lower end. The rising portion 3b of this rustless steel plate material 3,
The second rising portion 2 is overlapped with the second rising portion 2.

Furthermore, a spacer 4 is inserted between the second rising portion 2 and the rising portion 3b at the bent portion of the folded overlapping portion 2a (see FIG. 2). This spacer 4 is
It is a small piece of stainless steel plate material 1 or 3, and in this embodiment, it is formed into a triangular prism shape (see FIG. 3). The spacer 4 is not limited to this shape as long as it makes the slope of the stepped portion gentle. Alternatively, small-diameter cylinders made of stainless steel plates 1 or 3 having different diameters may be sequentially arranged and fixed. An adhesive may be used when inserting the spacer 4.

In the present invention, the first rising portions 1b, 1b formed on both sides in the width direction of the flat main plates 1a, 1a of the two stainless steel plates 1, 1 are seam welded together to form the first joint portion A. One longitudinal end of the first joint part A is bent onto the flat main plate 1a, and one longitudinal end of the flat main plates 1a, 1a is raised along with this bent part to form a second rising part 2. Second rising portion 2 and another flat main plate 3 of stainless steel plate material 3
The lower end of the bent overlapping portion 2a of the second rising portion 2 is formed as an inclined step portion 2b, and the bent portion of the bent overlapping portion 2a is separated from the above-mentioned. By inserting a spacer 4 between the rising part 3b of the rustless steel plate material 3 and seam welding the second rising part 2 and the rising part 3b to form the second joint part B, the first advantage is watertightness. , the airtightness is perfect, secondly there is no need for watertight repair work such as spot welding after seam welding, and thirdly the work can be done easily.

To explain the above in detail, first, in the T-shaped joint structure of the present invention, the disc electrode 7 of the conventional seam welding machine
Continuous seam welding is possible even on the part of the step that cannot be followed completely. Therefore, welding can be done continuously in one operation and the seal is perfect.
Perfect watertightness and airtightness.

Second, in conventional T-shaped joint structures, welding is often not achieved at stepped portions, and therefore, watertight repair work is subsequently performed on these portions by spot welding or the like. However, in the T-shaped joint structure of the present invention, since seam welding can be performed continuously, the above-mentioned spot welding work etc. can be made unnecessary, and the work efficiency can be significantly improved.

Third, the T-shaped joint structure of the present invention is different from the conventional T-shaped joint structure.
Compared to a shape joint, this joint has the advantage that it can be easily worked because a part of the joint is formed at an angle and only one component with a simple structure is inserted.

Note that there is an inclined stepped portion 2b at the open end of the bent overlapping portion 2a.
If a conventional step is used without forming a step, and a spacer 4 is attached to this part as well, and the structure is seam welded (see Figs. 4 and 5), an inclined step 2 is formed at the open end.
The effort of forming b is saved, work efficiency is improved, and effects substantially similar to those of the present invention can be exhibited.
