Claims (1)
ケイ素鋼板等の高透磁率の複数の薄板を、各薄板
が重なるように順次取り付けて成ることを特徴と
する磁気遮蔽用パネル。 (2) 非磁性板の片面又は両面に、パーマロイ、
ケイ素鋼板等の高透磁率の複数の薄板を、各薄板
が重なるように順次取り付けると共に、薄板上に
化粧された保護材を取り付けて成ることを特徴と
する磁気遮蔽用パネル。 (3) 非磁性板の片面又は両面に、パーマロイ、
ケイ素鋼板等の高透磁率の複数の薄板を、各薄板
が重なるように一定方向に順次取り付けて成るこ
とを特徴とする磁気遮蔽用パネル。 (4) 非磁性板の片面又は両面に、パーマロイ、
ケイ素鋼板等の高透磁率の複数の薄板を、各薄板
が重なるように一定方向に順次取り付けると共に
、薄板上に化粧された保護材を取り付けて成るこ
