Abstract

PURPOSE:To set a core after molding the core into a casting metallic mold and to reduce man-hour needed for conveying the core by setting a core molding machine having the core molding metallic mold in adjacent to a casting machine and using an upper mold in the core molding metallic mold as core handling device. CONSTITUTION:The movable upper mold 6 for forming the core by cooperating with the lower mold 7 in the core molding metallic mold 8, is used as a part of the core handling device. のように中子の搬送にバレットを介在させる必要がない
ので中子搬送に要する工数を大幅に削減できるほか、中
子の中間在庫管理やバレy)の回収および管理も不要に
