Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 筆記具に装着される筆記軸であつて、先端に
    筆記部が連結されたインキ導出体を内蔵する先端
    側小径管と、インキ吸蔵体を内蔵する本体大径管
    と、上記インキ吸蔵体とインキ導出体とが接触す
    る状態で上記先端側小径管と本体大径管とを連結
    する筒状の中継部材とを備えた筆記軸において、
    上記先端側小径管と本体大径管とをステンレス鋼
    で形成し、上記中継部材をその内径最小部分が上
    記先端側小径管が圧入可能な内径をもつ形状とな
    るように銅合金で形成するとともに、上記内径最
    小部分の全域に先端側小径管を圧入することによ
    り、この先端側小径管と中継部材とを結合したこ
    とを特徴とする筆記軸。 ２ 上記中継部材の内径最小部分に対し、先端側
    小径管をその尾端が本体大径管内のインキ吸蔵体
    に到達する位置まで圧入したことを特徴とする請
    求項１記載の筆記軸。 ３ 筆記具に装着される筆記軸であつて、先端に
    筆記部が連結されたインキ導出体を内蔵する先端
    側小径管と、インキ吸蔵体を内蔵する本体大径管
    と、上記インキ吸蔵体とインキ導出体とが接触す
    る状態で上記先端側小径管と本体大径管とを連結
    する筒状の中継部材とを備えた筆記軸において、
    上記先端側小径管と本体大径管とをステンレス鋼
    で形成し、上記中継部材をその内径最小部分が上
    記先端側小径管が圧入可能な内径をもつ形状とな
    るように銅合金で形成するとともに、上記内径最
    小部分の一部の領域に先端側小径管を圧入するこ
    とにより、この先端側小径管と中継部材とを結合
    するとともに、この先端側小径管が圧入されてい
    ない領域で上記インキ導出体の外面と上記中継部
    材の内径最小部分の内面との間に上記先端側小径
    管の肉厚と略同等もしくはそれ以上の寸法をもつ
    隙間が確保されるようにしたことを特徴とする筆
    記軸。
