ステータの外周部分を保持したブラケット9からなるも
ので、図中10はメタルホルダに配された受板て、シャ

るようになると、ステータ1も巻線コイルを一部モール
ドしたものより、厚膜ファインパターンコイル等の印刷

として外部に放射される。回転ヨーク娶ブラシレスモー
タは、図面から判断てきるようにオーブン型のため、こ
のメカニカルノイズを閘じ込めることができず、大きな
問題のひとつとしてクローズアップされている。このメ
カニカルノイズが外方に漏れないようにするには、モー
タ全体をカバーで被う必要があるが、完全ではなく高さ

(課題を解決するための手段)
この発明は、厚膜ファインパターンコイルのり一ト引回
しの関係上、効率を落とすことなくステータの透孔がマ
グネットの内径よりさらに内側にてきることに着眼して
創成したもので、すなわち、上記従来のような構成の回
転ヨーク型ブラシレスモータにおいて、前記ステータの
自由端である透孔近傍に高密度金属部材を配したもので

以下、この発明の実施例を第1図に基づいて説明するが
、従来例である第4図と同等なものこよ同一符号を記し

第1図においてステータ11は中央に透孔11aを設け
ると共に、複数個の電機子コイルを印刷配線した厚膜フ
ァインパターン板で形成され、外周部分がブラケット9
に一部モールドで設けたステータ保持部9aに固着され
る。このブラケットの中央には、含油軸受6.7を嵌着
した黄銅製のメタルホルダ8がかしめ等の手段により固
着される。この含油軸受6.7にシャフト5が回転自在
に支承され、このシャフト5には出力部をプーリーに形
成したロータホルダ4が前記ステータ11の透孔11a
を透して圧入されており、このロータホルダ4の段部4
aには希土類マグネット2がマグネットケース2aを介
して、さらにケイ素鋼板製の回転ヨーク3が前記ステー
タ11を間にして、それぞれ空隙を介して製着されてい

A rare earth magnet 2 is attached via a magnet case 2a, and a rotating yoke 3 made of a silicon steel plate is attached to the magnet case 2a with a gap therebetween, with the stator 11 in between.
このステータ11の透孔11aは、電機子コイルの引回
しリード配置パターン用として、さらにマグネット2の
内径2bより内側になるように設定されてあり、ここに
(すなわち、マグネットケース2aとマグネット2の厚
み及びロータホルダ4の段部4aて囲まれた空間に)黄
銅リングからなる高密度金属部材12をアクリル系粘着

(発明の効果)
この発明は、上記のように厚膜ファインパターンコイル
からなるステータの透孔近傍に、高密度金属部材を配す
るという簡単な構成により、ロータの通電時に発するス
テータの振動によるメカノイズを封し込めることができ
、オーブン型である回転ヨーク型ブラシレスモータであ

ァインパターンからなるステータと、このステータを間
にそれぞれ空隙を介して配したマグネットと、回転ヨー
クとからなるロータと、このロータを前記ステータに設
けた透孔に透したロータホルダを介して支持するシャフ
トと、このシャフトを軸受及びこの軸受を支持するメタ
ルホルダを介して回転自在に支承すると共に、前記ステ
ータの外周部分を保持したブラケットからなる回転ヨー
ク型ブラシレスモータにおいて、前記ステータの自由端
である透孔近傍に高密度金属部材を配したことを特徴と
