に進退可能に押圧操作するナイフ装置部と、前記
ベース枠の前方下面に設けた導出口から前記テー
プを一定方向に導出し、テープに対して線接触可
能な突縁を有する導板と、前記巻テープの使用又
は不使用時のテープの緊張又は弛緩に応じて前記
ナイフ保持枠の背面に設けた係合部に係脱自在と
なる頂板を復帰バネを介して回転可能に軸着した
