FIG. 1 shows a DC high voltage type capacitor a.
Due to the high voltage, the insulator d protrudes upward through the conductor c disposed within the tube body b. An insulating tube e is fitted over the conductor c so that the conductor c and the tube b are insulated within the tube b, but when the conductor c is bent as shown in the above figure, the insulating tube is e is also bent like the one shown in FIG.
The insulating tube e is generally made of paper material, and in the case of a bent one, a pulp molded product is used as the insulating tube. This molded product is very expensive due to the use of molds and other factors.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the state of the electric field in the bent DC high voltage oil pipe. Oil-impregnated paper f is taped to the conductor c. As is clear from the figure, the stress is highest around the outer part g of the bent part of conductor c (the distance between potential lines h is narrower), and this can be said to be a characteristic phenomenon due to high DC voltage. .

In this invention, a straight insulating tube with an obliquely cut end is used by fitting it into a specific position with respect to a conductor to be bent. A direct current high voltage oil pipe consisting of a conductor and a bent pipe body that houses the bent conductor and is sealed with insulating oil. This is a direct current high voltage oil pipe in which a tube is attached to one side of the bent portion of the conductor so that the protruding portion of the cut portion is fitted so as to cover the outer side of the bent portion of the conductor.

FIG. 4 shows a capacitor 2 equipped with the DC high voltage oil pipe line 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the electric field state in a portion of the oil pipe line 1. The oil pipe line 1 is provided above the condenser 2 with an insulator 3 attached to its upper end. The oil pipe line 1 has a bent shape and consists of a conductor 4 to be bent and a tube body 5 which houses the conductor 4 and is also bent, and the inside of the tube body 5 is sealed with insulating oil. That is, the oil pipe 1 is used to lead the conductor 4 of the capacitor 2 to the insulator 3. An insulating tube 6 is fitted onto a horizontally located portion of the conductor 4. The insulating tube 6 is a linear paper tube made of rolled and glued paper as shown in FIG. 6, and both ends thereof are cut diagonally in parallel. Since both ends of the insulating tube 6 are cut diagonally, one side portion 7 of each protrudes, and the insulating tube 6 is provided so that the one side portion 7 covers the outer side 9 of each bent portion 8 of the conductor 4. ing. Oil-impregnated paper 10 is taped to the conductor 4, and hand holes 11 are provided in the tube body 5 at positions corresponding to both cut ends of the insulating tube 7. If the oil pipe line 1 has a large diameter, it enters into the pipe body 5 through this hand hole 11, or if it has a small diameter, inserts your hand to connect the conductor 4 when installing the oil pipe line 1 to the capacitor 2. The work of fitting the insulating tube 6 onto the conductor 4 is performed. The insulating tube 6 is fixed by using a filler 12 between the inner surfaces of the tube body 5 or the like.

Because of the presence of the insulating tube 6, the potential lines are disturbed and no longer line up compared to the one in FIG. 3, and the conductor 4
In the outer part 9 of the bent part 8, one potential line X is located further away from the outer part 9 than in the case of FIG. Insulation reliability is increased accordingly.

In the above embodiment, the conductor and tube are bent at two places, and the insulating tube used is also cut diagonally at both ends to correspond to the structure. If the conductor or tube is bent in one place, it is sufficient to use one in which only one end is cut diagonally.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above and uses a linear insulating tube, it is possible to use an inexpensive paper tube or the like as the insulating tube, which is extremely advantageous in terms of cost. Furthermore, in the conventional method of covering all the conductors to be bent with an insulating tube, it was difficult to connect the conductors and attach the insulating tube, but this invention has the advantage that this can be easily done because the insulating tube is cut.
