    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液透過性の表面シートと液不透過性の裏面シー
    トの間に吸収体を有し、前記吸収体の横方向両側
    縁から外側へ延出したサイドフラツプを有し、該
    サイドフラツプ上、又は、表面シート上を基端と
    し、その上方へ伸びた疎水性不織布からなる第２
    フラツプを有し、該第２フラツプ内に伸縮性弾性
    体を有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、該伸縮性弾
    性体が、複数本の糸状弾性体であり、該糸状弾性
    体が適度の間隔をおいて第２フラツプ内に設置さ
    れ、且つ第２フラツプ内の少なくとも頭頂部には
    設置されていないことを特徴とする使い捨ておむ
    つ。
