Claims (1)
持体上に担持された二成分系現像剤中のトナーを
前記静電潜像に静電的に移行させて該潜像を可視
像化する交換可能な現像器と、該現像器に付設さ
れていて、前記二成分系現像剤中にトナーを補給
する手段と、前記潜像担持体に形成された基準潜
像を前記現像器により可視像化して得た基準画像
の濃度を検出し、現像剤のトナー濃度が一定の範
囲に保持されるように前記トナー補給手段を作動
させるための濃度検出センサと、使用されている
現像器に収容された二成分系現像剤中のトナーの
色を検知するトナー色検知手段と、いかなる色の
トナーのときも、前記基準画像のトナー付着量が
適正量となるように、基準潜像形成時の潜像担持
体への照射光量を、前記トナー色検知手段により
検知されたトナーの色に応じて変更する光量設定
