Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify packing and unpacking without any goods getting out of shape by constituting an apparatus from an outer packaging part provided with suspended belts before and behind a bottom cloth to be divided and with bottom-hopper belts on both sides of the bottom cloth and from the inner packaging part of a buckle cloth for binding the circumference of the side faces of goods and by combining both parts through a connecting belt. CONSTITUTION:A bottom-hopper container is spread, the opening parts of a bottom cloth 1 are joined and goods are piled up on the bottom cloth 1. A barrel cloth 11 is raised up, the fasteners of a buckle cloth 5 are joined and upper binding bands 9a, 9b in the vicinity of a bottom-hopper belt 3 are bound. In this state, suspended belts 2 are caught with the hook 20 of a crane so that the container is lifted and carried aboard. On board, the hook 20 is newly put on the bottom-hopper belt 3 to lift the container. In the bottom-hopper container, the bottom cloth 1 is divided in two to come off and the buckle cloth 5 tightening the circumference also comes off upward so that goods are left as they are without getting out of shape.

The present invention relates to an open-bottom container that is made of a flexible material such as cloth, that is used for handling cargo while enclosing it, and that can be opened at the bottom for unloading. Fragile bag-wrapped cargo, such as chemical fertilizers,
This invention relates to an open-bottom container useful for handling cargo such as polyvinyl chloride bags and polyethylene cloth bags. (Prior art) In the past, poly-heavy cargo such as chemical fertilizers was extremely slippery, causing the cargo to collapse and causing problems for drivers and workers. Open-bottom containers are no exception. For interior/exterior type, countermeasures were taken by covering the cargo inside with a double inner cover, or by wrapping stretch film to prevent cargo from collapsing. However, interior/exterior type is divided into two types: interior cover and exterior band. Therefore, it has the disadvantage that it takes time and effort to pack and unpack, and the stretch film requires an expensive film cost, and furthermore, it has the problem of being discarded as industrial waste after one use.

[Effect 1] With this structure, the exterior part (4) and the interior part (6)
When the bottom-opening band (3) is lifted, the outer shell part (4) and the interior part (6) are removed from the cargo, the body tightening cloth (5) restrains the cargo, and when the bottom cloth (1) is removed from the cargo, a tensile force is applied to the body tightening cloth (5) and it is removed. Therefore, the load will not collapse. [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the exterior of the bottom-opening container of the present invention when it is unfolded. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the interior portion before the body tightening cloth and the exterior portion are connected. In the exterior part (4), the bottom cloth (1) on which cargo is loaded is divided into left and right halves. Each bottom cloth (1) has a sling (2) on the front and back.
The loop-shaped slings (2) are provided at an angle so that the two loop-shaped slings (2) are aligned toward the center. A loop-shaped open bottom belt (3) is provided on the left and right sides along with a trunk cloth (11). The sling (2) is used for hanging with a crane hook, etc., and the bottom opening IF (3)
is used to remove an open bottom container from a cargo to expose the cargo. Each bottom cloth (1) is provided with two connecting bands (7) (7) diagonally to the left and right. Also, the bottom is open! Upper tightening bands (9a) and (9b) are also provided from the vicinity of (3). An example of the interior part (6) made of body tightening cloth (5) can be seen in Figure 2, and it consists of two sheets for restraining the sides of the cargo, each with a central part that is almost the same as the side of the cargo. It consists of a rectangular portion, a triangular portion where two sheets are joined on the side adjacent to the rectangular portion, and tip fasteners (5a) (5b) for the triangular portion. Two connecting bands (7) are provided on the bottom fabric (1) to point P on both front and rear sides near the center. The ends of the connecting bands (7) (7) are sewn to connect the outer part (4) and the inner part (6) of 0 or more. The one integrated by the bands (7) (7) can be seen in FIG. Here, the method of using the bottom-opening type container of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 to 10. First, as shown in Figure 5, unfold the bottom-opening container and align the openings of the bottom fabric (1) (1). At this time, if a sliding cloth (8) is provided, spread it out. Next, as shown in Figure 6, cargo is loaded onto the bottom cloth (1) or sliding cloth (8). There are four methods of stacking here: (1) to (2) below. ■Pile each item by hand. ■Use a push-pull fork to place cargo loaded on a sheet pallet using an auto-palletizer onto an open-bottom container, and then pull out the sheet pallet. ■Place an open-bottom container with the bottom facing up over the cargo loaded on the pallet, and turn it half a turn (turn it upside down) with a rotating fork. ■A robot is used to stack the cargo flowing from the conveyor one by one onto an open-bottomed container. Now, as shown in Fig. 7, raise the body cloth (11) and join the zippers (5a) (5b) of the body tightening cloth (5).
Next, tighten the upper tightening band (9a) near the bottom opening band (3).
) Tighten (9b). In this state, as shown in Fig. 8, hook the crane hook (20) onto the sling (2), lift it up, and transport it to the ship. When it touches down inside the ship, the hook (2) appears as shown in Figure 9.
0) is changed from the sling (2) to the bottom-opening band (3), and when it is lifted, the bottom-opening type container first breaks in two and comes out, and then the hardened body-closing fabric around the back of the container. (5) passes upward, and the cargo remains as it is, as shown in Figure 10. 3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 being a plan view of the exterior part, and FIG. 4 being an outside development view of the interior part. In this example, two slings (2) (2) for the front and rear are provided in parallel loops. The structure of the interior part (6) is different from that of the previous embodiment, and when the left and right parts are combined, it can cover five sides of the cargo, including the top and side surfaces, excluding the bottom surface. Joining fasteners (12a) (12b) are provided on the front and rear side cloths (5C) (5c) of this body tightening cloth (5) for integration. Two connecting bands (7) (7) are provided on the bottom fabric (1) to points P on both the front and rear sides of the left and right side fabrics (5d) (5d).
) is sewn on. In the case of such a structure, as shown in Fig. 11, the body tightening cloth (
5) is used by covering the cargo. The packaging is shown in Figure 12. 6 When unloading, the bottom cloth (1)
After the bag breaks in two and comes out, the interior part (6) made of the body tightening cloth (5) comes out upwards, so the load does not collapse. [Effect of the invention 1] As described above, the bottom-opening container of the present invention has an integrated interior and exterior, which simplifies the conventional complicated packing and unpacking work without causing the cargo to collapse, and also simplifies the shape. It became possible.
