The inner lid has a top wall and a cylindrical skirt wall that hangs down from the periphery of the top wall, and an opening is formed in the center of the top wall. The outer lid has a top wall that covers the opening formed in the top wall of the inner lid. The annular sealing member is disposed across the inner surface of the top wall of the inner lid and the inner surface of the top wall of the outer lid. It is strongly adhered to one of the two, but it is weakly adhered to the other so that it can be peeled off.

When using the medicinal solution in the container, place your finger on the outer lid and force it to rise. In this way, if the sealing member is weakly bonded to the inner surface of the top wall of the outer lid, the sealing member will be peeled off from the outer lid, and only the outer lid will be removed, and the radially inner side of the annular sealing member will be removed. In the area the inner plug is exposed. If the sealing member is weakly bonded to the inner surface of the top wall of the inner lid, the sealing member will be peeled off from the inner lid, and the sealing material will be removed along with the outer lid, causing the opening formed in the top wall of the inner lid to open. The inner plug is exposed in the entire area. Thereafter, a syringe needle or a spouting tube is passed through the exposed inner stopper, and the drug solution is poured out.

。A sufficiently strong bond between one of the inner surface of the top wall of the inner lid and the inner surface of the top wall of the outer lid and the sealing material can sufficiently withstand high temperatures; Peelable weak adhesion between the inner surface of the face wall and the sealing member is often damaged by the high temperature. When the weak adhesion is damaged and peeling occurs, the sealing by the sealing member is damaged, and steam, high-temperature water, etc. used during high-temperature heat treatment enter the inner plug surface. Also, during high-temperature heat treatment, considerable high pressure is generated within the container, and due to this high pressure generated within the container, the so-called doming phenomenon (upward movement) occurs between the top wall of the inner lid and the top wall of the outer lid. A phenomenon in which a dome-like bulge occurs. Such doming phenomenon also promotes damage to weak adhesion.

In order to make it easy enough for even a woman such as a nurse to break the sealing member, it is generally necessary to make the wall thickness of the breaking portion of the sealing member considerably thinner. On the other hand, if the wall thickness of the fractured portion of the sealing member is made too thin, there is a risk that the sealing member may break prematurely due to the doming phenomenon during the high temperature heat treatment. Reliably preventing early rupture due to the doming phenomenon described above and ensuring rupture sufficiently easily when using chemical solutions are generally contradictory issues, and a solution that satisfies both has not yet been proposed. It has not been.

In addition to solving the above-mentioned problems with conventional container lids, a unique technical idea has been adopted for the sealing member to meet the two contradictory requirements mentioned above, namely, to reliably prevent premature breakage due to the doming phenomenon and to prevent the use of chemical liquids. The purpose is to make it sufficiently easy to break.

た。As a result of extensive research and experiments, the present inventors have found that stress acts on the sealing member approximately evenly over the entire circumferential direction during the above-mentioned doming phenomenon. Focusing on the fact that stress is concentrated at a specific angular position on the sealing material when it is forcibly raised, sealing members are placed in the thin main part and in this main part at intervals in the circumferential direction. It has been found that the above technical problem can be achieved by providing a plurality of reinforcing rib portions extending from one side to the other.

On the other hand, when a nurse or the like places a finger on the outer periphery of the outer cover and forces it upward when using a medical solution, stress is generated concentrated in a specific angular range of the sealing member. Then, due to this stress, the sealing member starts to break in a thin region other than the reinforcing rib portion. - Once the rupture is initiated, the reinforcing rib portion can also be ruptured easily enough so that the sealing member can be continuously disposed in the circumferential direction along the periphery of the opening formed in the top wall of the inner lid as required. can be easily broken.

Even if a finger is applied to an arbitrary angular position on the peripheral edge of the outer lid, stress is reliably generated in the thin portion of the sealing member that is not the reinforcing rib portion, and the beginning of breakage of the sealing member is reliably realized.

It is disposed astride the inner surface of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the inner surface of the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6. The sealing member 8, which can be made of a suitable synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride resin, is sufficiently firmly adhered to both the inner surface of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the inner surface of the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6. This is very important. Such a sealing member 8 is attached to the inner lid 4 assembled as required.
It can be conveniently formed by supplying a resin material in a softened and molten state to the inner surfaces of the top walls 10 and 18 of the outer lid 6 and pressing the resin material. In this case,
Before molding the sealing member 8, the inner surface of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the inner surface of the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6 are coated with a suitable adhesive, and when the sealing member 8 is molded by molding, the molding inevitably occurs. It is convenient that the sealed sealing member 8 is adhered to the inner surface of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the inner surface of the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6. Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3 together with FIG. 1, the sealing member 8 in the container lid 2 constructed according to the present invention includes a thin main portion 28 and thin main portions spaced apart in the circumferential direction. It is important to have a plurality of radially extending reinforcing ribs 30 disposed at 28. In the illustrated example, three reinforcing rib portions 30 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. An even number of reinforcing ribs 3 such as 4 or 6
Although it is possible to form 0 reinforcing rib portions 30, it is preferable to form an odd number of reinforcing rib portions 30, which may be 3 or 5, at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. When an even number of reinforcing ribs 30 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, two reinforcing rib portions 30 extend continuously in the diametrical direction of the sealing member 8. When breaking and removing the outer cover 6, when a finger is placed on the outer cover 6 at a diametrical angular position where the two reinforcing rib portions 30 continuously extend, the sealing member 8 easily starts to break. Sexuality tends to be somewhat inhibited. When three or five reinforcing rib parts 30 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, two reinforcing rib parts 30 do not extend continuously in the diametrical direction, and the above-mentioned problem occurs. will definitely be avoided. 7
Although it is possible to form one or more reinforcing rib parts 30, if the number of reinforcing rib parts 30 becomes excessive, the sealing member 8
The above-mentioned ease of rupture initiation is reduced. As will be further described later, when the outer cover 6 is separated from the inner cover 4, the sealing member 8 is broken along the periphery of the opening 14 formed in the top wall 10 of the inner cover 4. 14, the circumferential width W1 of each reinforcing rib portion 300 is somewhat smaller than the width of a finger, and is preferably about 1 to 5 fl. On the other hand, each reinforcing rib portion 3 at the periphery of the opening 14
The circumferential interval W2 of 0 is preferably larger than the circumferential width W1, and approximately 5 to 10. In such a case, as will be described later, when the outer cover 6 is forcibly raised by placing one's finger on the outer cover 6 in order to remove the outer cover 6,
No matter which angular position the finger is placed on, no matter which position is aligned with the church reinforcing rib part 30, concentrated stress acts not only on the reinforcing rib part 30 but also on the other thin main part 28,
The initiation of rupture of the sealing element 8 is therefore achieved with sufficient ease. The thickness T1 of the reinforcing rib portion 30 of the sealing member 8 and the thickness T2 of the other thin main portion 28 can be set as appropriate depending on the material strength of the sealing member 8. When molding the member 8, T1 is approximately 0.5 to 1.0 mm, and T2 is approximately 1.1 to 1.4 mm.
A certain amount is enough.

Continuing the explanation with reference to FIG. 4, a generally cylindrical mouth and neck portion 34 of a known chemical solution container 32, only a part of which is shown, is made of synthetic or natural rubber. A plug 36 is attached. Inner stopper 36 in the illustrated example
has a circular main part 38 and a cylindrical hanging part 40, the peripheral edge of the circular main part 38 is brought into close contact with the top surface of the mouth and neck part 34, and the cylindrical hanging part 40 is inserted into the mouth part 34. Its outer peripheral surface is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth and neck portion 34.

Then, the annular protrusion 16 formed on the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 is pressed against the upper surface of the inner plug 36, and the space between the two is sufficiently tightly sealed. Further, the opening 14 formed in the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 is covered by the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6, and the inner surface of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the top wall 1 of the outer lid 6
It is tightly sealed by a sealing member 8 which is sufficiently firmly bonded to both the inner surface of the holder 8 and the inner surface of the holder 8 . In this way, moisture, dust, etc. are reliably prevented from entering the central portion of the upper surface of the inner stopper 36 (through which the injection needle or spout tube is passed). When the chemical liquid container 32 is subjected to high temperature heat treatment,
Considerable pressure is generated within the chemical solution container 32, causing the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6 to bulge upward in the axial direction (doming phenomenon). Thus, due to the difference between the degree of doming of the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4 and the degree of doming of the top wall 18 of the outer lid 6, radial stress is generated in the sealing member 8 over its entire circumferential direction. However, since the reinforcing rib portions 30 are provided on the sealing member 8 at intervals in the circumferential direction, the sealing member 8 is maintained without being prematurely broken.

In this way, concentrated stress is generated in the sealing member 8 at the specific angular position where the finger was applied,
The sealing member 8 begins to break due to such stress. When the sealing member 8 is torn, the periphery of the opening 14 formed in the top wall 1o of the inner lid 4 functions as a cutting edge, and therefore the sealing member 8 is cut along the periphery of the opening 14. It should be noted in particular that in the container lid 2 constructed according to the present invention, the reinforcing rib portions 3G are disposed on the sealing member 8 at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a thin wall is provided between the reinforcing rib portions 30. The main portion 28 remains as it is. The concentrated stress acts on the thin main portion 28 at a specific angular position, and the sealing member 8 starts to break at this location. Thus, once the rupture begins, the reinforcing rib portion 30 can be easily removed from the sealing member 8.
rupture progresses. Therefore, even a woman such as a nurse can easily break the sealing member 8. As the outer cover 6 rises, the sealing member 8 is progressively broken, and the opening 1 formed in the top wall 10 of the inner cover 4 is opened.
When the sealing member 8 is continuously broken in an annular manner in the circumferential direction along the line 4, the outer cover 6 is completely separated from the inner cover 4 and removed. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface of the inner plug 36 is exposed through the opening 14 in the top wall 10 of the inner lid 4. After that, the medicinal liquid in the medicinal liquid container 32 can be poured out by passing an injection needle or a spouting tube through the center of the inner stopper 36.
