Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a tube whose inner wall easily rotates reversely when its contents are filled therein and which is large in volume, easy to squeeze out and retainable in shape by a method wherein the tube is formed into a concave configuration in its empty condition and either of upper or lower boundary between the inner end outer walls of a hollow-out part is made to lie in almost the same plane as a boundary between both sides of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A tube-like container is formed into a concave configuration shaped, for example, like trough or boat, when its contents are not filled therein and a boundary line (joint line) 3 between the outer wall 1 and inner wall 2 of a hollow-out part at both sides 7 of the container lies in the same plane as a boundary 3' of the upper part 5 of the container and a boundary 3'' of the bottom part 6 thereof. As a result, the inner well 2 of the hollow-out part is reversely rotated about the, plane in which lies the boundary (joint line) as a symmetrical plane to become swollen or depressed nearly symmetrically. In this way the reverse rotation of the inner wall 2 of the hollow-out part becomes easy and the volume of the container becomes large to permit the contents to be squeezed out easily with the fingers.

The tubular container of the present invention is formed into a concave shape, for example, like a gutter or a boat, when it is not filled with contents. That is, as shown in FIG. 2a, which is a plan view of an example of the tubular container of the present invention, the cross section taken along the line X-X in FIG. The arc of the tube wall 2 inside the recess is formed larger than the arc of the tube wall 2 inside the recess. As can be easily seen in Figure 0, there is a gap between the tube wall 1 outside the recess and the tube wall 2 inside the recess. If the two are formed so that they are in close contact with each other, it is easy to squeeze out the contents completely, and when the contents are filled, the groove-shaped recess becomes a tube wall inside the recess, as shown in Figure 2. The curvature of 2 is reversed, and the outer wall 1 and the inner wall 2 of the recess
When the filled container is pressed with a finger or a presser member and the contents are squeezed out, it will dent again as shown in Figure 2 a. Return to normal state. FIG. 3 is a vertical sectional view taken along line Y-Y in FIG. 1, which is a plan view of one example of the tubular container of the present invention, and shows a state in which the inner wall 2 of the recess is filled with contents and swollen. It is indicated by the dotted line 2'.

In this example, the spout 4 is provided in the outer wall 1 of the recess in the upper part 5 of the container, and for the sake of appearance the spout 4 is bent so that it appears to be at the position of the boundary 3; In addition, a modification portion 8 is provided to hide the bend. Providing the squeezing opening on the outer wall of the recess allows the inner wall to be inverted and brought into close contact with the outer wall, making it easier to squeeze out the contents to the end. However, the squeezing opening may be provided at the boundary 3.

Then, the boundary 3 (junction line) between the outer wall 1 and the inner wall 2 of the recess at both sides 7 of the container is the same as the boundary 3' of the top 5 part and the boundary 3'' of the bottom 6 part of the container. As a result, the inner wall 2 of the recess expands or recesses in a substantially symmetrical shape by inverting the surface with the boundary line (joint line) as the plane of symmetry.

The tube-shaped container of the present invention can easily bring the outer tube wall 1 and the inner tube wall 2 of the recess into close contact with each other, making it easy to squeeze out the contents without leaving any contents behind. Since the arch has a trough-like shape that is double formed by an outer wall and an inner wall, the shape of the portion from which the contents are squeezed out has good flexibility. This overcomes the disadvantages peculiar to tubes, such as the fact that conventional ordinary tube-shaped containers have extremely poor shape retention when the contents become low, and conversely, are too strong in restoring their swollen shape.

FIG. 2C shows an example in which the outer wall 1 of the recess is made of a rigid material. For connection with the flexible inner wall, a lamination of a rigid material with a layer suitable for adhesion may be used; FIG. This is an example of it stretching and acting as a protector. If these outer walls are made of a rigid material, a removable protective cover in the form of a gutter or plate of a corresponding shape may be provided on the upper and lower walls of a similarly rigid material. Providing the above-mentioned squeeze opening on the outside wall, where only the bottom part may have an extended arc or a ring, is easy in manufacturing when the outside wall of the recess is made of a rigid material. The functionality is also good.

In manufacturing the tubular container of the present invention, for example, the material for the outer wall of the boat-shaped recess and the material for the inner wall of the boat-shaped recess, which is smaller by the thickness of a similar material, do not face each other. It can be formed by stacking them in the same direction and joining them by heat-sealing the edges. At this time, the inner end of the tube of the elongated joint 9 formed by overlapping edges becomes the aforementioned boundary line 3゜3', 3''. Note that at least the material of the inner wall of the recess is flexible. 0Synthetic resin sheets, films, laminates, metals, etc. used in tubular containers can be used.0Composite materials of synthetic resin sheets, films and cloth, nets, fibers, etc., e.g. It is also possible to use laminated materials, resin-coated materials, impregnated materials, etc. By modifying the flow of fibers in the inner wall material or by embossing the sheet in a linear manner, for example, it is possible to By creating a curved flow in a chevron shape in the direction of the outlet, when the bottom is gradually pressed to squeeze out the contents, the swollen part containing the contents and the squeezed out concave. 6. Synthetic resin tubes tend to overcome distortions at the boundaries of the exposed parts.6 When the strength is increased, synthetic resin tubes lose flexibility or have unnecessary resilience, but composite materials like the ones above lose flexibility. The edges of the material on the outside wall of the recess and the edges of the material on the inside wall are joined with their cross sections oriented in the same direction and overlapped, and vice versa. When the inner wall is filled with contents and swells, it is easier to squeeze out the contents and then turn over again and return to the original shape of the recess, making it easier for the contents to be squeezed out.
