なるような袋体を挿着させる挿入装置に関する。
【従来技術】
従来上り、粉体、粒体、パラ物等は段ボール箱のような
箱体1内に樹脂フィルムの袋体2が挿着され、この袋体
内に封入されて包装されている。
そして、箱体1内への袋体2の挿着は、第3図に示すよ
うに、昇降自在な挿入体3′を袋体2内に挿入して下降

本発明は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目
的とするところは、袋体を箱体内に密着させて良好な挿
着状態が確保できる袋体挿入装置を提供することにある

本発明の袋体挿入装置は、箱体1内に袋体2を挿着する
装置であって、箱体1内の上1開口の上位に配置された
袋体2内に挿入して袋体2を下降させて箱体1内に挿着
する昇降自在な挿入体3の下部にエアーの吐出口4を設
けて成るものであり、この構成により上記課題が解決さ
れたものである。
[作用1
挿入体3の下部にエアーの吐出口4を設けているので、
挿入体3を袋体2内に挿入して袋体2を下降させて箱体
1内に位置させ、挿入体3を上昇させる際に吐出口4よ
りエアーを吐出させることにより、袋体2がエアーによ
り箱体1の内面に押圧されて箱体1内に密着させて挿着
させることができるものである。
[実施例]
第1図に示すようにフィルムチューブの原反5が巻戻さ
れてローラー6により搬送され(同図(a))一対の吸
着パッド7により挟持され、カッター8により所定の寸
法に裁断されて袋体2が調製される(同図(b))。次
いで、一対の吸着パッド7が離間されて袋体2が広げら
れ、この後油圧シリンダなどにより昇降自在に設置され
た挿入体3が下降して袋体2内に挿入され、この状態で
挿入体3がさらに下降して袋体2が吸着パッド7からは
ずされて下方に配置された段ボール箱である箱体1の上
部開口から箱体1内へと挿入され(同図(c)(d))
、次いで挿入体3が上昇されて袋体2が箱体1内に挿着
される(同図(e))、挿入体3は箱体1よりも僅かに
小さい中空状であり、下部にはエアーの吐出口4が複数
設けられている。この吐出口4の径は1〜3−一で、ピ
ッチが20〜50+aで設(すられている。この吐出口
4は電磁弁9により開閉され、例えば、圧縮圧が4〜6
kg/m2の圧縮エアーが吐出される。第2図に詳細に
示すように挿入体3が下降して挿入体3の両側の折り返
し爪10により袋体2の上端部が折り曲げられて箱体1
の外面に挟持され、袋体2が箱体1内のコーナ部までき
っちりと挿入された後に電磁弁9が開かれ吐出口4から
圧縮エアーが袋体2の底面に向けて吐出され、袋体2の
挿入状態が整えられた後に挿入体3が上昇される(第2
