- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状ハウジングの内部に、発熱体を収納したシ

置させ、上記シースの内部にハウジングの後端側
から中央電極を挿入し、この中央電極とハウジン
グとを、両者の間に嵌合したブツシユで絶縁した
