に後退復帰させる手段とから構成されていること
を特徴とするものである。

に、該分断箇所は上下の切断刃3,13によつて
外方に押し出されて上下に突出したダボDが形成
される。第6図から明らかなようにこの状態では
支持台4はベース板2に当設し、また押え台15
も押圧台14に当接している。
