属線をもつ線条体即ち金属線条体の巻取に用いる

ジの外側フランジを経て溝部に線条体を通すため
の切込みを2個のフランジの外側フランジに、溝
部内から2個のフランジの内側フランジを経て胴
体上に溝部内に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すため
の切込みを2個のフランジの内側フランジに、上
記外側、内側両フランジの切込みを線条体の巻き
向きと合致する同方向として夫々設けて巻き始め
線条体とめ用切込みを形成し、又胴体上から2個
のフランジの内側フランジを経て溝部内に胴体上
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すための切込みを2
個のフランジの内側フランジに、溝部内から2個
のフランジの内側フランジを経て胴体側へ溝部内
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通し線条体の端を逆曲
げさせるための切込みを2個のフランジの内側フ
ランジに、上記内側フランジの、溝部内に胴体上
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すための切込みは前
記巻き始め線条体とめ用切込みと逆方向の角度を
もつて、胴体側へ溝部内に巻かれたあとの線条体
を通し線条体の端を逆曲げさせるための切込みは
前記巻き始め線条体とめ用切込みと同方向として
設けて巻き終り線条体とめ用切込みを形成したこ
とを特徴とするものである。

内側フランジに設けられる切込み15とは兼用さ
れて或いは別個に設けてもよい。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 胴体の両端側に夫々フランジを備えるリール
に於いて、胴体の少くとも一方の端側のフランジ
は蓄線条体用溝部をはさんで内側、外側の2個の
フランジからなり、リール外部から2個のフラン
ジの外側フランジを経て溝部に線条体を通すため
の切込みを2個のフランジの外側フランジに、溝
部内から2個のフランジの内側フランジを経て胴
体上に溝部内に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すため
の切込みを2個のフランジの内側フランジに、上
記外側、内側両フランジの切込みを線条体の巻き
向きと合致する同方向として夫々設けて巻き始め
線条体とめ用切込みを形成し、又胴体上から2個
のフランジの内側フランジを経て溝部内に胴体上
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すための切込みを2
個のフランジの内側フランジに、溝部内から2個
のフランジの内側フランジを経て胴体側へ溝部内
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通し線条体の端を逆曲
げさせるための切込みを2個のフランジの内側フ
ランジに、上記内側フランジの、溝部内に胴体上
に巻かれたあとの線条体を通すための切込みは前
記巻き始め線条体とめ用切込みと逆方向の角度を
もつて、胴体側へ溝部内に巻かれたあとの線条体
を通し線条体の端を逆曲げさせるための切込みは
前記巻き始め線条体とめ用切込みと同方向として
設けて巻き終り線条体とめ用切込みを形成したこ
とを特徴とする金属線条体の巻取に用いるリー
