て封口するとともに、上記コンデンサ素子から引
き出されている陽極リードと陰極リードとを上記
封口板に設けられている陽極端子と陰極端子とに
それぞれ接続してなる電解コンデンサにおいて、
上端が一対の外部端子を有する第2の封口板にて
閉塞され下端が開放された安全装置用ケースを上
記外装ケースの開口部側に接合し、かつ、その接
合部分の周りに硬質材料からなる筒体を配置する
とともに、上記陽極端子および陰極端子と上記各
外部端子との間にヒユーズ線を配線し、上記外装
ケースと上記安全装置用ケースとを伸張可能な電
気絶縁性スリーブにて上記安全装置用ケース内が
密封されるように結合してなることを特徴とする
電解コンデンサ。 (2) 上記筒体は上記外装ケースのしぼり溝に対
して嵌合する係止手段を備えている請求項1に記
載の電解コンデンサ。 (3) 上記筒体はかしめ手段にて上記外装ケース
のしぼり溝に取付けられる請求項1に記載の電解
コンデンサ。 (4) 上記筒体は金属もしくは硬質合成樹脂から
