Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. A coil unit is housed in a coil case to which a primary terminal pin and a secondary terminal pin are respectively attached, and an insulating resin is injected into the coil case. In an engine ignition coil device that is integrated by hardening, the wire engagement part of the terminal plate connected to the primary terminal pin is exposed inside the coil case, and the plug part of the secondary terminal pin is exposed inside the coil case. A wire holder is provided on the coil unit side to hold the wires drawn out from both ends of the primary coil, and a secondary terminal having a socket part to which the wires drawn out from both ends of the secondary coil are connected is provided. When the coil unit is installed and stored in the coil case, the wire catching part of the terminal plate gets caught in the wire held in the wire holder, and the plug part of the secondary terminal pin is inserted into the socket part of the secondary terminal. An ignition coil device for an engine, characterized in that electrical connections are made between the primary and secondary sides. 2. A noise killer capacitor is housed in the coil base side that is built into the open part of the coil case with one side open, and the positive lead wire of the capacitor is held in the wire holder provided on the coil base side. When the coil base is assembled into the coil case by placing the chrysanthemum washer-shaped terminal pulled out from the negative side of the capacitor on the collar mounting seat on the coil base side, the wire catching part of the terminal plate will fit into the wire holder. An electrical connection is made between the primary terminal pin and the capacitor by biting into the wire held in the coil case, and the conductive collar attached to the coil case side is inserted into the collar mounting seat and the chrysanthemum washer shape on the coil base side.
