に切換可能に接続し、かつ上記回路切換手段を制
御するマイクロコンピユータを備えた電話回線端
末機器において、電話回線を、上記切換スイツチ
を迂回して端末機側へと接続するバイパス線を設
けると共に、このバイパス線に開閉スイツチを挿
入し、かつ上記マイクロコンピユータ内には上記
開閉スイツチを制御し、少なくとも上記切換スイ
ツチのモデム側への切換動作中には開閉スイツチ
を閉成させる開閉スイツチの制御手段を設けたこ
