Claims (1)
- 電気機器の巻線の近傍に配置され、巻線等の部
分放電によつて発生する、波長が略３００μｍ以
下の紫外線成分の光を検知して電気信号を出す紫
外線受光センサと、前記部分放電によつて生成さ
れる分解ガスを検知する半導体式分解ガスセンサ
と、前記受光センサと分解ガスセンサからの電気
信号に基づいて巻線に発生した部分放電を判別す
る放電検出回路とを備えたことを特徴とする電気
機器の部分放電検出装置。
