ナリングを備え、前記押圧力発生手段を、前記両
回転部材間に液密的に軸方向へ摺動可能かつ外側
回転部材に一体回転可能に組付けられて前記摩擦
クラツチの一側に対向する作動ピストンと、前記
外側回転部材と前記作動ピストン間に形成され軸
方向に所定間隔を有して粘性流体が封入される流
体室と、半径方向へ延びる1または複数のベーン
部を備え前記流体室にて前記内側回転部材に一体
回転可能に組付けられたロータとにより構成して
