円弧状に形成するとともに、該カツタハウジング
内部の外周部かつ前記カツタブレード回転面の上
方に、前記側壁から半径方向に突出し前記カツタ
ブレードの回転方向に次第に上昇して前記上壁に
至る衝当面を周方向に間隔をおいて複数個設けた
