Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow no discomfort to a person to be treated by a method wherein a control terminal is provided on an outer circumference of each low frequency therapy apparatus while a memory is included for a control data inputted from a switching section and a treatment timing is inputted from a switching section to permit synchronous use of a plurality of low frequency therapy apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:Control terminal ports 8x and 8y provided in a charger 8 are connected electrically with a lead (l) or the like. Low frequency therapy apparatuses X and Y are set at specified positions of the charger 8 with detaching buttons 8x and 8y and control terminals 6 and 6 are connected to the respective control terminals 8 and 8. Under such a condition, for example, control data such as treatment patterns and operation timings are inputted from a switching section 1 of the low frequency therapy apparatus X. The control data are stored into a memory 7 through a control section 2 while being stored into a memory 7 of the low frequency therapy apparatus Y through the lead (l). Thus, the treatment patterns and the treatment timings are set for other low frequency therapy apparatuses by the control data inputted from the switching section of one low frequency therapy apparatus.

Data input from the switch unit 1 is input to the control unit 2, and is discriminated into treatment patterns such as on/off of treatment, treatment mode (kneading, tapping, vibration, etc.), intensity of treatment, speed of treatment, etc. The control unit 2 causes the booster circuit 3 to increase the voltage until it reaches a constant voltage according to the treatment pattern, and when the voltage reaches the constant voltage, causes the pulse discharge circuit 4 to discharge the conductors A and B. . Conductors A and B are attached to the skin surface of the human body, and treatment is performed by electrically stimulating nerves and muscles with pulsed current. Note that 5 is a power supply circuit that supplies power to the control section 2 and the booster circuit 3.

Here, control data such as treatment patterns and operation timings were input from the switch unit 1 of the low-frequency treatment device X with each of the low-frequency treatment devices X and Y set in the charger 8. Control data may be input in advance to the low frequency treatment device χ. Then, when each low frequency treatment device X, Y is removed from the charger 8, a trigger is activated and each low frequency treatment device X2Y is set. Based on the motion timing determined, the motion according to the treatment pattern is started. Therefore, each low frequency treatment device X, Y must be removed from the charger 8 at the same time. As for how to apply the trigger, for example, when each low frequency treatment device X, Y is set in the charger 8, a current flows through the control terminal 6, and each low frequency treatment device This can be done by making sure that no current flows when it is removed, and then detecting this current.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a low frequency treatment device in which a plurality of low frequency treatment devices are used in synchronization, and a control terminal for synchronization is provided on the outer periphery of each low frequency treatment device. In addition, it is equipped with a memory for storing control data input from the switch unit, and connects each control terminal of a plurality of low-frequency treatment devices to each other to store a treatment pattern input from the switch unit of one low-frequency treatment device. Since the treatment pattern and treatment timing of other low-frequency treatment devices are set using control data such as information and treatment timing, it is easy to synchronize when using multiple low-frequency treatment devices in synchronization. We have been able to provide a low-frequency treatment device that does not cause discomfort to the therapist.
