に関するものである。

トの外面に附着したコンクリートを擦り取る際に
も外皮を損傷することが多く、外皮の損傷したフ
レキシブルシヤフトを新しいものに取替える必要
を生じることが屡々である。

シブルシヤフトの外皮の損傷を防止してその取
替・交換の必要を生じさせないことにある。

ブルシヤフト4の外面に形成せられた剥離性塗料
の保護被膜であり、柔軟性と弾力性に富むゴム系
のものが好適である。3はコンクリート内部に挿
込まれる筒状の振動体、4は振動体3内において
根部4aを片持状に支承かれてフレキシブルシヤ
フト2に連結せられた振動軸であり、原動機1の
回転運動に伴い先端部4bが首振り運動を起すた
め、これが振動体3による打撃振動力となつてコ
ンクリート内部に作用する。このようにして適度
な振動が加えられコンクリート内部の空隙が取除
かれてコンクリート強度が増大されることにな
る。

とがなく、保護被膜5上に附着することになる。
従つて使用後はコンクリートの附着した保護被膜
5を剥し取るのみでよく、従来のようにコンクリ
ートを擦り取る必要がない。そしてバイブレータ
ー再使用時にはまた、吹付け或いは手塗り等によ
り剥離性塗料の保護被膜5をフレキシブルシヤフ
ト2の外面に形成させればよいのである。

になるのである。そしてバイブレーター使用中フ
レキシブルシヤフト2が炎天下に晒されても、太
陽熱が保護被膜5により遮ぎられるため、フレキ
シブルシヤフト2の外皮が劣化することなく長期
の使用に耐え得るのである。
