題がある。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional device, both rollers 31 and 32, which function to take up the waste lug m, grip the waste lug m in a line contact state. The selvage part is important for adjusting the edges of the woven fabric and making the weaving density and tension balance uniform in the center and edges of the woven fabric. tension must be applied. Therefore, both rollers 31 and 32 for picking up the scraped selvage m need to pull the scraped selvedge m while firmly grasping the selvedge m, but both rollers 31 and 32 must be in line contact with the sloughed selvedge m.
Because of the configuration, the pressing roller 32 is urged against the take-up roller 31 with a fairly strong force in order to grip the discarded ear m reliably. Therefore, in order to collect the waste threads accumulated in the waste thread collecting case 33, the waste thread is removed after passing both rollers 31 and 32.
When cutting, the waste selvage m may adhere to and wrap around the surface of the take-up roller 31 due to the strong pressing force of the pressing roller 32. The discarded ear m is the take-up roller 31
When the winding diameter increases, the pick-up speed of the waste selvage m increases, and excessive tension is applied, causing the waste selvage m to break, resulting in poor cutting of the cutter at the edge of the woven fabric, which is serious to the woven fabric. There is a problem that quality defects may occur.

Ear m is both rollers 31, 3
Pass through many guides before being guided to 2.
Therefore, when the discarded selvage m passes through each guide, it is squeezed, and as shown in FIG. There is also the problem that the gripping force of the other discarded ear weakens when passing between 32 and 32.

At the pressure contact portion between the belt and the other roller, the surfaces of the belt and the other roller come into surface contact with each other, thereby forming a smooth curved gripping surface along the outer periphery of the other roller. Therefore, the waste rim is held between the belt and another roller in a state of surface contact, and a certain tension is applied to the belt and the other roller by moving or rotating at a faster speed than the Surf S roller. It will be taken over.

A drive shaft 2 is disposed parallel to the Surf S roller 1 below one side of the Surf S roller 1 provided on the front side of a machine stand (not shown). Pulleys 4 and 5 having the same diameter are fitted onto the rotating shaft 3 and the drive shaft 2 of the Surf S Roller 1 so as to be able to rotate together, and a belt 6 is wound between the pulleys 4 and 5. The drive shaft 2 is rotated at the same rotational speed. A drive pulley 7 as a drive roller having a slightly larger diameter than the Surf S roller 1 is fitted on the drive shaft 2 so as to be able to rotate integrally with the drive shaft 2. A belt 9 is wound loosely between the pulley 8 and the drive pulley 7. Further, a support shaft 10 is disposed below the drive pulley 7 in parallel with the drive shaft 2.
The support shaft 10 has a support arm 11 having an L-shaped side surface.
is rotatably supported. At one end of the support arm 11 is a pressure roller 1 as a second driven roller.
2 is rotatably supported. Support arm 11
A tension spring 14 is hooked between the other end and a hook pin 13 fixed above the other end, and the action of the spring 14 causes the pressure roller 12 to move between the pulleys 7 and 8 with respect to the belt 9. It is pressed and biased at. Further, a discarded ear collecting case 15 is disposed below the pressing roller 12.

m2 is guided by the waste selvage guide 16 above the waste selvage removing device provided on one side of the machine base, and is guided downward almost perpendicularly from that position to a portion corresponding to the outer periphery of the drive pulley 7. is guided along the surface of the belt 9 to a pressing section by a pressing roller 12. Then, due to the cooperation between the belt 9, which moves in the direction of the arrow due to the rotation of the drive pulley 7, and the pressing roller 12, the both scraping lugs m1 and m2 are guided and moved almost vertically downward from the point where they pass the pressing roller 12. It is guided into the collection case 15.

と引取られる。 The drive pulley 7 is fitted onto the drive shaft 2 which is driven to rotate at the same speed as the Surf S Roller 1, and is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the Surf S Roller 1. It moves at a faster speed, and the discarded ears m1 and m2 are taken up in a stretched state. Since the pressing roller 12 is urged against the belt 9 with a much smaller pressing force than the pressing force in a conventional device in which two rollers are pressed against each other and pulled by a line contact, the discarded ears m1,
m2 is smoothly guided to the discarded ear collecting case 15 without adhering to the pressing roller 12 or the belt 9. Since the selvedges m1 and m2 are pressed by the pressure roller 12 in surface contact with the belt 9, the necessary gripping force is ensured even if the pressing force of the pressure roller 12 is weak, and the selvedges m1 and m2 are properly set. It is pulled with a certain tension. In addition, even if a part of the waste yarn y is partially concentrated on one waste selvage m2 while being guided from the end of the woven fabric to the waste selvage removing device via the waste selvage guide 16, and a part becomes hard. Since the belt 9 is deformed so that only the portion corresponding to its hardness separates from the pressing roller, the gripping force of the waste ears m1 and m2 is not lost, and the waste ears m1 and m2 always reliably collect the waste ears. It is taken into the case 15.

This embodiment differs greatly from the apparatus of the previous embodiment in that a belt is wound between the first and second driven rollers. A drive roller 17 serving as a drive roller having a slightly larger diameter than the surf S roller 1 is fitted and fixed to the drive shaft 2 so as to be rotatable therewith. A pair of small-diameter pulleys 19a and 19b are rotatably supported as first and second driven rollers on a support arm 18 rotatably supported by a support shaft 10, and a belt 20 is disposed between both pulleys 19a and 19b. It is wrapped. The belt 20 is pressed against the drive roller 17 along its surface by the action of the tension spring 14. Therefore, in the apparatus of this embodiment as well, the discarded ears m1 and m2 are connected to the driving roller 17 and the belt 20 as in the previous embodiment.
Since the ears are picked up while being pressed in surface contact with each other, the same effect as in the above embodiment is exhibited, and the ears m1 and m2 are always held at a predetermined tension when the ears are removed from the ear collection case 1.

A torsion spring may be hung between the support arms 11 and 18, or the biasing force of the tension spring 14 or the torsion spring may be changed and adjusted. Furthermore, instead of driving the drive shaft 2 from the rotation shaft 3 of the surf roller 1, an independent motor may be used, or waste selvage removal devices may be provided at both left and right ends of the machine base.

Since the material is picked up while being gripped in a contact state, the frictional force due to the surface contact is taken into account, unlike conventional devices that require a strong pressing force against the gripping portion of the discarded ear in order to grip in a line contact state. Therefore, there is no need to apply a strong pressing force to the gripping surface of the scraped lug, and therefore there is no risk that the scraped lug will stick to and wrap around the surface of the belt or other roller that forms the gripping surface, and the gripping surface will always remain constant. The discarded ear can be reliably removed under the tension applied. Moreover, since the gripping surface for gripping the discarded selvage is formed of a pair of smooth curved surfaces that are in surface contact with each other, there is no risk of the discarded selvage being cut or the like when the discarded selvage is pulled while being gripped by the gripping surface. or,
When picking up both the left and right sides with a single selvage removal device, it is possible to always reliably grasp and pull both sewage selvedges, even if there are parts where the sloughed threads are concentrated and hardened. It has excellent effects.
