するのは1枚の帽子本体からなり、組立のための
複雑構成をとつていたので、製作が困難であり、
かつ、帽子本体は大型のために、運搬、収納が不
便であり、更に多角形状の帽頂部に連着した各帽
壁構成分体、或いはこれらに連着した各庇構成分
体は1本の直線の折曲げ線によつて連着している
から、それらを折曲げた場合、角張つて、着用し
た時に頭になじまず、しかも、通気孔が全くない
ので蒸し易く、又、各帽壁構成分体、或いはこれ
らに連着した各庇構成分体に一旦、彩色した場合
は、その色彩を変更することができない等の種々
の欠点があつたものである。
