[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, this buffer member mainly has the following problems. First, making this requires a step of attaching a Styrofoam plate to a corrugated board and forming the Styrofoam, which is time-consuming. Second, when transporting this buffer member, if a large number of these are stacked,
The thick Styrofoam creates gaps between them, creating a large amount of dead space.
Poor transport efficiency. Third, when the cushioning member is disposed of and incinerated, the Styrofoam generates harmful combustion gases. Furthermore, this styrene has the problem of being difficult to decompose in the soil, making it difficult to dispose of it.

FIG. 2 is a developed view of the buffer member, and shows the packaged object a.
Sub-panels 3, 3 are connected to each other via fold lines 2, 2 from both sides of the main panel 1 corresponding to the end face of (FIG. 3). Further, from the sub-panels 3, 3, upper and lower fold lines 4, 4 and 5, which are orthogonal to the above-mentioned fold lines 2, 2,
5, first auxiliary panels 6, 6 and second reinforcing panels 7, 7 are connected vertically in the figure.
Further, second auxiliary panels 9, 9 are connected from the first auxiliary panels 6, 6 via fold lines 8, 8 parallel to extension lines of the fold lines 2, 2. The second auxiliary panels 9, 9 are folded in half along fold lines 10, 10. Further, a first reinforcing panel 12 is connected to the lower part of the main panel 1 via a fold line 11. In the exploded view of the buffer member shown in FIG. 2, the dotted line and the two-dot chain line indicate the folding direction of the cardboard; the former indicates the valley folds 5, 11, and the latter indicates the mountain folds 4, 8, 1
It indicates 0. In addition, the solid line part in FIG. 2 shows a cutting line, and shows that the corrugated board of this part is mutually cut away.

The process from the developed view shown in FIG. 2 to the formation of the buffer member will be described above with reference to FIG. 1. First, the first auxiliary panels 6, 6 connected to the sub-panels 3, 3 are bent in the direction of the solid arrow along the fold lines 4, 4, and are superimposed on the sub-panels 3, 3. At the same time, the second auxiliary panels 9, 9 which are connected to the first auxiliary panels 6, 6 via the fold lines 8, 8 are located approximately midway between the fold lines 8, 8 and the second auxiliary panels 9, 9. It is folded in the direction of the dotted arrow with the fold lines 10, 10 as boundaries (in this case, each of the above fold lines becomes a mountain fold). As a result, the second auxiliary panels 9, 9 are folded in half and stacked on the main panel 1. And the sub panels 3, 3 are the fold lines 2, 2
It is rotated 90 degrees and bent in the direction of the solid arrow. The shape assembled in this way is the first
The shape will be as shown on the left side of the figure. That is, the second auxiliary panels 9, 9 and the first auxiliary panels 6, 6 overlap on the outside of the main panel 1 and the outside of the sub panels 3, 3, respectively, and the cushioning effect is increased by increasing the thickness. I'm planning.

Next, the first reinforcing panel 12 described above and the second
The reinforcing panels 7, 7 are bent inward by approximately 90 degrees via fold lines 11 and 5, 5, respectively. Further, at both ends of the first reinforcing panel 12, convex portions 13, 13,

4 and 14.
(Figure on the left side of Figure 1) Using two sets of buffer members folded in this way, the third
As shown in the figure, the four corners of the packaged object a are surrounded by the main panel 1 side being attached to the end face of the packaged object a and the sub panels 3 and 3 sides being attached to the side surfaces of the packaged object a. Furthermore, the present invention provides that when the first reinforcing panel and the second reinforcing panels 7, 7 are incorporated as a buffer member, the first and second reinforcing panels are attached to the packaged object as shown in FIG. It covers along the upper surface or lower surface side of the four corners of a, and moreover, the convex portions 13, 13 of the first reinforcing panel 12 and the recessed portions 14, 14 provided in the second reinforcing panels 7, 7. They interlock, and in that state each reinforcing panel is fixed. In this state, the object to be packaged a is packed in a packaging container b that matches the external size of the buffer member. By doing this, the corners of the packaged object a that are susceptible to external forces during transportation are protected, and the four corners of the top or bottom surface of the packaged object a are also covered with reinforcing panels. No matter how many times the packaged object a is stacked, it will not be damaged.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, according to this invention, a double or triple folded cushioning member can be made from a single piece of cardboard. Therefore, if the corrugated board is punched out and transported in the unfolded state, efficient transport can be achieved with less dead space. Furthermore, since a reinforcing panel is incorporated, the product will not be damaged even if it is stacked several times upwards, and furthermore, since a cushioning member such as styrofoam is not used, it can be easily disposed of.
