DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a roof structure that can be opened and closed to meet the needs of coal storage facilities, etc., which have a large upper storage capacity and prevention of dust pollution caused by stored materials.

For example, large-scale storage of coal, etc. is almost always carried out in open piles, and in this case, in order to secure a large volume, banks or supports of the required height are placed at predetermined intervals and parallel to each other. Forming a coal storage tank between the walls is carried out. The coal storage tank must be covered with a sheathing material to protect it from rain and prevent dust pollution. If this problem were to be addressed in the construction of a roof, it would be a large-span structure, but if this were to be constructed in earnest, the strength of supporting parts such as supporting walls that would receive large loads would also have to be taken into consideration.
It would be inefficient to carry in and take out such stored items from above, so it needs to be able to open and close freely, but adding this function to the roof of a conventional structure would not be economically viable. The reality is that people are purchasing sheets to use as roofs, or removing them.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is a lightweight, simple structure, large-span frame that can accommodate a large number of people, and does not require any reinforcement of the embankment or support wall of the support part.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roof structure that has reasonably high strength, can be opened and closed quickly and easily, and can be finished at a low cost.

In order to achieve the above object, in the retractable roof structure of the present invention, guide rails are laid at the tops of parallel embankments or supporting walls of a required height at a predetermined interval, and the ends of the plate trusses are pivoted. A sideways folding screen-like roof frame in which triangular prism-shaped guide frames are pivotally coupled in the front and rear directions of the folding body of the folding body connected via the section is mounted so as to be movable between the opposing guide rails, and a sheet is installed between the upper chord members of the roof frame. At the same time, a presser wire is installed between both ends of each lower chord pivot portion to press down the sheet.

After the roof structure is constructed as described above, if one of the frames is fixed and the other frame is run as a tow vehicle, the seat will be closed by unfolding the folding body, and the seat will be closed by the reverse movement. The opening is activated by the convergence of the folded body.

Since the beam members of this roof frame are composed of plate-like trusses, they have excellent strength despite their light weight and simple structure. Furthermore, the blow-up wind pressure, which is the biggest problem with membrane roofs, is suppressed using a holding wire, but the tension generated in the holding wire at this time is treated as a compressive force on the lower chord of the plate-shaped strut. This is advantageous because no special treatment is required, and the processing mechanism does not cause any problems with running performance.

The roof structure of the present invention is schematically shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and each part is shown in detail in FIG. 4. That is, a folding screen-like roof frame 2 is movably assembled between guide rails 1 and 1' laid at the tops of embankments or support walls of a required height that are arranged in parallel at a required interval.

The roof frame 2 consists of three plate-like truss plates in the front and rear directions when folding the folding body 5, which is connected to the ends of the plate-like truss 3 through pivot parts 4, whose brackets protrude from each other. 3, 3, 3 are rigidly joined in the shape of a triangular prism, and frames 6, 6 are pivotally connected 7. The frames 6, 6 correspond to both ends of the folding screen, and because of their triangular cross-sections, they can be placed stably on the rails 1, 1'.

A sheet 8 is fastened and stretched between the roof frame 2, the plate truss 3 which is the ridgeline of the frames 6, 6, the upper chord members 3a, .

Thus, when the sheet 8 is blown up, the tension generated in the presser wire 9 holding it down is treated as a compressive force of the lower chord member 3b of the plate-like truss 3. In other words, it is processed within the plate truss 3.

Therefore, there is no need for the guide rails 1, 1' to take any special measures against wire stress generated by resisting wind loads. Note that the shape of the sheet 8 can be formed into a target design curved shape by simulation during the blow-up at the time of closing.

In the figure, 10 and 10 are opposing guide rails 1,
The trolley has a drop-off prevention protrusion 11 located on the outside of the guide rail 1, 1' and is assembled to the guide rail 1, 1' so that it cannot fall off or derail, and the adjacent lower chord members 3b, 3
A mounting portion 12 for the pivot portion 4 between b is provided in an upright manner. As shown in the figure, the mounting part 12 is made of a box body that encloses the pivot part 4, and the fastening bolt 15 is inserted through the shaft hole in the pivot part 4.
It is integrally assembled with the pivot portion 4 via.

To open and close the roof, a drive device and a stop device are added to the frames 6, 6, and when one of them is stopped and the other is run as a fixed side, the roof can be closed.
In the opposite direction, it becomes open. It is extremely simple and quick.
