洗浄剤として安心して使用することができる。As can be seen from the above examples, it is important to add alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, and isopropyl alcohol in a range (20 to 50%) that does not deteriorate the cleaning performance, and as a property stabilizer, aminotrimethylphosphophone a (
3% to 5%), a surfactant, a monoethanolamide type jetanolamide type as a nonflammable auxiliary agent, and an alkyl allyl ether type as a cleaning auxiliary agent to stabilize its properties. This cleaning agent is almost neutral, has both non-flammability and anti-corrosion properties, and is mainly based on alcohol, so it is non-flammable and can therefore be used with confidence as a cleaning agent for cleaning electronic parts, semiconductors, etc. in place of fluorocarbons. can do.
