架材と、前記支柱の固定柱部材内に保持されたナ
ツトと、このナツトに螺装されその上端近傍部に
受圧段部を有してなるねじ軸と、前記可動柱部材
の上端に設けられ座からの荷重を前記ねじ軸の受
圧段部に伝達する座受金具とを具備してなり、操
作ハンドルに加えられる操作力により前記ねじ軸
を上下に螺合進退させて座を昇降させ得るように
構成した座高調節可能な椅子であつて、 前記座受金具を、座の座枠下面に添接する水平
片と、この水平片の一側縁から一体に上方へ折曲
延出させた対をなす起立片と、これらの起立片間
に位置させて前記水平片の一側縁から前記起立片
の延出寸法と略同一の寸法だけ一体に水平方向へ
延出させた補助水平片とを具備してなる板金製の
ものにし、前記水平片および補助水平片上に前記
