A. Purpose of the invention (1) Industrial field of application This invention is a method for grouping together multiple emblems and other objects to be affixed, the backs of which are coated with adhesive, for convenience in storage, assembly, etc. , relates to an assembly of adhered members. (2) Conventional technology Conventionally, a pasting base material for removably pasting a workpiece without protrusions has been developed, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 233178, it is generally formed by applying a release agent to a sheet made of synthetic resin, paper, or the like. (3) Problems to be solved by the invention However, when an attempt is made to affix an affixed member having positioning protrusions on the back surface to the above-mentioned conventional sheet, the protrusions break through the sheet and protrude long from the bottom surface of the sheet. Therefore, if the members to be attached are stacked in multiple stages, the protrusions will damage the lower members to be attached.
Moreover, since the sheet is relatively thin and flexible,
When the protrusions are pushed into or removed from the sheet, the sheet tends to tear or bend, making it difficult to handle. It is also conceivable to use cardboard instead of the sheet as the above-mentioned pasting base material, but in that case, large holes will be left in the cardboard board corresponding to the protrusions after the parts to be pasted are separated. Difficult to use. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an assembly of adhered members that can solve all of the above-mentioned problems. B. Structure of the invention (1) Means for solving the problem In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a flat adhesive base material and a predetermined shape held on the base material at intervals. A collection of members to be affixed consisting of a plurality of members to be affixed, wherein the base material for pasting is constituted by integrally bonding release paper to the surface of a foamed resin board, and each of the members to be affixed is On the back of the part,
An adhesive layer in contact with the release paper and a positioning protrusion that penetrates through the release paper and is pushed into the foamed resin board are provided, and the protrusion is thicker than the length of the protrusion from the adhesive layer. The pasting base material is characterized in that it is formed as follows. (2) Effect A plurality of parts to be affixed, which have been preformed in a predetermined shape, can be collectively held on a pasting base material and handled as an aggregate, making transportation, storage, etc. of the parts to be affixed easier. Convenient to handle. Moreover, by simply peeling off the members to be pasted one by one from the above-mentioned pasting base material, the adhesive layer of the member can be separated from the release paper and exposed, so that the adhesive layer can be simply pressed onto the workpiece. The member to be affixed can be easily affixed to the workpiece. In addition, in the above-mentioned assembly, a plurality of adhered members having a predetermined shape are placed on the pasting base material at intervals, so that the above-mentioned peeling operation of the pasted member is performed on other adjacent adhered members. It can be done accurately without any interference. Furthermore, since the attachment base material is formed so that the thickness is greater than the length of the protrusion from the adhesive layer, there is no risk that the protrusions of each adhered member will penetrate the foamed resin board in the above assembly. Therefore, even when the assembly is stacked vertically in many tiers for transportation, storage, etc., the protrusions of the member to be applied will not damage the surface of the member to be applied below. Further, in that case, the surface of the lower member to be adhered can be cushioned against an elastic foamed resin plate. In addition, the protrusion removal hole that is created in the foamed resin board due to separation of the member to be pasted from the pasting base material can be contracted by the elasticity of the foamed resin board itself.
Since the release paper is left integrally on the foamed resin board,
The foamed resin board and release paper can be reused. Furthermore, when assembling the above-mentioned assembly, each member to be pasted, whose back surface is coated with adhesive, is pushed into the base material for pasting, so that the projections of the member break through the release paper of the base material and become embedded in the foamed resin board. I'll do what I do. (3) Embodiments Below, embodiments of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. A plurality of emblems 1 as members constitute an emblem assembly G in cooperation with a flat plate-shaped pasting base material 2 to which the emblems are pasted on the upper surface at intervals. On the back surface 1b of each emblem 1, an adhesive layer 3 is formed by applying a butyl resin adhesive, for example, and a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) protrusions 4 are formed from the adhesive layer 3. It is provided in a protruding manner. Both protrusions 4 perform a positioning function when the emblem 1 is attached to, for example, an automobile body. On the other hand, the pasting base material 2 is the surface 5 of the foamed resin board 5.
The foamed resin plate 5 is formed of polyethylene foam with an expansion ratio of 5 to 25 times, for example. The pasting base material 2 is configured such that its thickness d is greater than the protruding length l of the protrusion 4 from the adhesive layer 3. In FIG. 2, the release paper 6 has a silicone-based mold release agent 7 applied to its surface, and the back surface of the release paper 6 is attached to the surface 5a of the foamed resin plate 5 with an adhesive 8. integrally joined. In order to obtain the emblem assembly G by pasting a plurality of emblems 1 as pasting members to the pasting base material 2, first, an adhesive is applied to the back surface 1b of each emblem 1 to form an adhesive layer 3. Then, each emblem 1 is vertically pressed down with its protrusion 4 facing the release paper 6. Then, each protrusion 4 breaks through the release paper 6 and enters the foamed resin board 5, whereby the adhesive layer 3 comes into contact with the release paper 6 and the emblem 1 is fixed to the pasting base material 2. At this time, since the thickness d of the pasting base material 2 is greater than the protrusion length l of the protrusions 4 from the adhesive layer 3 as described above, the protrusions 4 do not penetrate through the foamed resin plate 5. Therefore, even if the assembly G is stacked vertically in many tiers for transportation, storage, etc., the protrusion 4 of the emblem 1 will not touch the lower emblem 1.
does not damage the surface 1a of the emblem 1, and moreover, the surface 1a of the lower emblem 1
can be applied to the elastic foamed resin board 5 in a cushioning manner, which is effective in preventing damage to the surface thereof. In this way, an emblem assembly G is obtained; for example, such an assembly G is placed on a line where the emblem 1 is assembled onto a workpiece such as an automobile body, and is attached to a base material 2 for pasting the assembly G as needed.
Remove emblem 1 from. That is, when the emblem 1 is grabbed and peeled off from the pasting base material 2, the adhesive layer 3 on the back side of the emblem 1 is easily removed from the release paper 6 because the release agent 7 is applied to the surface of the release paper 6. The protrusions 4 are separated from the foamed resin board 5. Therefore, by pressing the exposed adhesive layer 3 to a predetermined position on the car body as a workpiece,
The emblem 1 can be adhered to the vehicle body. In this way, when the emblem 1 is removed from the pasting base material 2, the adhesive layer 3 is exposed on the back side 1b of the emblem 1, so there is no need for the troublesome work of peeling off the release paper from the emblem 1 again. This makes the pasting work easier. Moreover, emblem 1
When it is removed, the release paper 6 remains adhered to the pasting base material 2, so the release paper 6 can be used many times by simply wiping it with a cloth or the like, which is economical.
Furthermore, the holes remaining in the foamed resin board 5 corresponding to the projections 4 contract due to the elasticity of the foamed resin board itself, making it possible to reuse the foamed resin board 5. By the way, by inserting and removing the protrusion 4 many times, the hole in the foamed resin board 5 may become enlarged, making it difficult to fix the protrusion 4. Therefore, the present inventor set the foaming ratio of the foamed resin board 5 to 5.
Durability was examined by changing the size to 5 times: 1x, 15x, 25x, 35x, and 45x. The results of the experiment are shown below with symbols ◎, ○, △, and × in descending order of durability.

[Table] As is clear from this result, the foaming ratio is 5 to 5.
Setting it to 15x provides excellent durability, but
Considering cost, a foaming ratio of 5 to 25 times would provide satisfactory durability. FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and the release paper 6 may be separated and adhered to the foamed resin board 5 for each part on which the emblem 1 is to be pasted. Even in this case, the same effects as in the above embodiment can be achieved. C. Effects of the invention As described above, the assembly of members to be affixed according to the present invention consists of a base material for pasting and a plurality of members to be affixed in a predetermined shape held at intervals on the base material. The pasting base material is composed of a release paper integrally bonded to the surface of a foamed resin board, and the back side of each member to be pasted has an adhesive layer in contact with the release paper and an adhesive layer that penetrates through the release paper. Since a positioning protrusion that is pushed into the foamed resin board is provided, a plurality of members to be pasted, which have been formed in advance in a predetermined shape, can be collectively held on the pasting base material. It is convenient for transporting, storing, etc. the pasting material. Moreover, by simply peeling off the members to be pasted one by one from the above-mentioned pasting base material, the adhesive layer of the member can be separated from the release paper and exposed, so that the adhesive layer can be simply pressed onto the workpiece. The member to be affixed can be easily affixed to the workpiece, and therefore, in the aggregate, a plurality of affixed members having a predetermined shape are placed on the affixing base material at intervals,
Coupled with the effect that the above-mentioned peeling work of the pasted member can be performed accurately without being interfered with by other adjacent pasted members, this greatly improves the efficiency of pasting work on the workpiece of the pasted member as a whole. can contribute. In addition, since the pasting base material is formed so that the thickness is greater than the length of the projection from the adhesive layer, there is no possibility that the projections of each pasted member will penetrate the foamed resin board in the above assembly. Therefore, even if the assembly is stacked vertically in many tiers for transportation, storage, etc., the protrusions of the attached member will not hit the surface of the lower attached member and damage it. Furthermore, the surface of the lower member to be adhered can be cushioned against the elastic foamed resin plate, which is effective in preventing damage to the surface. Furthermore, the protrusion extraction hole that is created in the foamed resin board due to separation of the member to be pasted from the pasting base material can be contracted by the elasticity of the foamed resin board itself, and
Since the release paper is left integrally on the foamed resin board,
The adhesive base material made of the foamed resin plate and release paper can be reused many times, which is economical. In addition, when assembling the above assembly, each member to be pasted, whose back side is coated with adhesive, is simply pushed into the pasting base material so that the protrusions break through the release paper of the base material and are buried in the foamed resin board. Since only one step is required, it can contribute to improving the efficiency of the assembly work.
