ツキー、チョコレート、キャラスル、キャンデイ、ドー
ナッツなどの菓子類、ジャム、マーマレード、パン、麺
、ハム、ソーセージ、カマボコ、チクワなどの加工食品
、粉末ジュース、粉末スープ、粉末コーヒー、粉末しる
こなどの即席食品、ビタミン剤(例えば、医薬品製造指
針1989年版、p284〜2992日本公定書協会編
、薬業時報社発行)などの医薬品等が挙げられる。そし
て、それぞれの飲食物は通常用いられる成分を必要量含
有した上で、本発明の配合剤であるマルチトールとチア
ミン誘導体とを含有する。また、更に必要に応じて、例

有機酸及び/又はその塩、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、

本発明によれば、マルチトールを甘味剤とじて用いる飲
食物において少量のチアミン誘導体を共存させることに
より、マルチトールの作用による下痢などの腹部不調を
抑制することができる。そのため、マルチトールを飲食
量の多い食品等に使用し、長期間、継続的に飲食しても
腹部不調を防止することができる。従って、マルチトー
