送ローラの内、本体内部の初段の搬送ローラをマ
スク原版搬入側の搬送ローラより速い速度で回転
駆動させるとともに、前記搬入側の搬送ローラと
初段の搬送ローラとをマスク原版の長さ寸法以上
の間隔に配置し、前記各搬送ローラの間に前記各
搬送ローラの回転速度に追随して回転速度が可変
される変速ローラを配設したことを特徴とする画
