脂１００重量部に対してマイカ５〜３０重量部で
ある請求項(1)記載の耐熱高剛性樹脂積層板。 (3) 芯層の厚さが全板厚に対して２０〜９５％
である請求項(1)または(2)記載の耐熱高剛性樹脂
