Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely prevent the malfunction of tape end detection with simple configuration by forming fine unevenness on the outer surface of a side wall part between holes. CONSTITUTION:The fine unevenness is formed on a side wall part 16a between holes. Even when one part of a detection beam irregularly reflected on the side wall part 16a between holes is mixed into a light receiving path L1, it is extremely fine and therefore, the malfunction in the tape end detection on a deck side can be prevented without fail. The outer surface of the side wall part 16a between holes is formed as a reflection face to reflect the detection beam toward the side of a light projecting path L2, and it can be satisfactorily regulated that one part of the reflected beam is mixed into the light receiving path L1. Similarly, the malfunction is not generated in the tape end detection deck side.
