本考案は、車両用灯具のレンズ取付構造に関す

して行われており、硬化したホツトメルト接着剤
によつてレンズがハウジングに対して固定される
ことになる。このとき、ホツトメルト接着剤が硬
化するまでレンズをハウジングに対して仮固定す
る必要があることから、レンズとハウジングとの
結合部分を外方から金属製のＣ型クリツプを用い
て固定したり、また第４図に示すように、ハウジ
ング１のレンズ取付溝２に係止孔３０を設ける
（ハウジングの成形上、凹部とすることができず、
貫通した状態の孔として成形されている）ととも
に、レンズ４の取付足５に係止突起６を突設して
おき、取付足５をレンズ取付溝２に嵌め込むよう
にして前記係止突起６を係止孔３０に係止させ
て、レンズとハウジングの機械的結合が図られて
いた。また第５図に示すように、コンビネーシヨ
ンランプなどにおける２つのレンズの取付足５
ａ，５ｂが近接した状態でレンズ取付溝２に位置
される場合には、一方のレンズ４ａを押さえ込む
ようにした他方のレンズ４ｂの取付足５ｂを前記
レンズ取付溝２にビス止めすることによつて固定
が図られていた（図中ａはホツトメルト接着剤を
示す）。

設し、前記係止具の係止孔に、レンズ取付足側面
の前記係止突起が係止したことにより、従来の課
題を解消するものである。

起を設けてこの係止突起それぞれが係止具に係合

ら起立した係止孔を有する縦壁とを一体に設けた
樹脂製の係止具を、前記係止孔が前記レンズ取付
溝内に位置するようにして配設し、前記係止具の
係止孔に、レンズ取付足側面の前記係止突起が係
止したので、ホツトメルト接着剤の流れ落ちを防
止するためのテーピング作業が不要となり、レン
ズ取付作業がきわめて簡単になる。また２つの取
付足を受けるレンズ取付溝部分においてもビスお
よびビス止め作業が不要となつてこの部分におい
ても取付作業性が向上するなど、実用性にすぐれ
た効果を奏するものである。
