本考案は、車両用灯具のレンズ取付構造に関す

して行われており、硬化したホツトメルト接着剤
によつてレンズがハウジングに対して固定される

化するまでレンズをハウジングに対して仮固定す
る必要があることから、レンズとハウジングとの
結合部分を外方から金属製のC型クリツプを用い
て固定したり、また第4図に示すように、ハウジ
ング1のレンズ取付溝2に係止孔30を設ける
(ハウジングの成形上、凹部とすることができず、
貫通した状態の孔として成形されている)ととも
に、レンズ4の取付足5に係止突起6を突設して
おき、取付足5をレンズ取付溝2に嵌め込むよう
にして前記係止突起6を係止孔30に係止させ
て、レンズとハウジングの機械的結合が図られて
いた。また第5図に示すように、コンビネーシヨ
ンランプなどにおける2つのレンズの取付足5
a,5bが近接した状態でレンズ取付溝2に位置
される場合には、一方のレンズ4aを押さえ込む
ようにした他方のレンズ4bの取付足5bを前記
レンズ取付溝2にビス止めすることによつて固定
が図られていた(図中aはホツトメルト接着剤を
示す)。

孔が前記レンズ取付溝内に位置するようにして配
設し、前記係止具の係止孔に、レンズ取付足側面
の前記係止突起が係止したことにより、従来の課
題を解消するものである。

起を設けてこの係止突起それぞれが係止具に係合

ら起立した係止孔を有する縦壁とを一体に設けた
樹脂製の係止具を、前記係止孔が前記レンズ取付
溝内に位置するようにして配設し、前記係止具の
係止孔に、レンズ取付足側面の前記係止突起が係
止したので、ホツトメルト接着剤の流れ落ちを防
止するためのテーピング作業が不要となり、レン
ズ取付作業がきわめて簡単になる。また2つの取
付足を受けるレンズ取付溝部分においてもビスお
よびビス止め作業が不要となつてこの部分におい
ても取付作業性が向上するなど、実用性にすぐれ
た効果を奏するものである。
