Conventionally, the battery mounting structure for this type of work vehicle was such that a mounting frame was fixed to the machine frame at a predetermined position inside the bonnet, and the battery was attached to this mounting frame so that it did not move relative to the machine body. Something was warm. (For example, Utsukai 59-

[Problems to be solved by the invention] Therefore, when changing the attitude of the machine to clean the mower's reaping section or replace the blade, or when the machine is tilted to run over a ridge, the battery itself This will cause the aircraft to change its attitude along with the aircraft, and there is a risk of fluid leakage. Therefore, when performing maintenance on the mower, etc., it is necessary to remove the battery, or to use a special sealed battery to prevent liquid leakage.

By making simple modifications to the battery itself and the mounting structure itself, the present invention eliminates the need to remove the battery during maintenance or use a special battery, thereby preventing unexpected problems such as fluid leakage. The point is to provide something that can avoid this.

The characteristic structure of the present invention is that a battery in which a plurality of battery liquid inlet groups are arranged side by side on one side in the longitudinal direction is mounted on a support frame that is swingable around a horizontal axis. A stopper mechanism is provided for mounting and fixing the support frame in a position along the horizontal axis and restricting the swinging of the support frame from the substantially vertical position to the side opposite to the side where the injection port group is located. The functions and effects are as follows.

In other words, as shown in Fig. 2, by setting the inlet group in a direction perpendicular to the point at which the battery support frame is swingably supported around the horizontal axis and the direction of inclination of the aircraft, the attitude of the aircraft can be adjusted. Despite the change in the battery, the battery can be maintained in a vertical position and liquid leakage can be prevented, and as shown in FIG. from the vertical position to the side where the stopper mechanism is located by the point configured to restrict swinging toward the side opposite to the side where the inlet groups arranged in parallel along the horizontal axis are located. Even if the aircraft is in a tilted position that causes the support frame to swing (for example, the aircraft is tilted forward and downward with the stopper mechanism located at the front of the aircraft and the inlet group at the rear), The liquid level can be suppressed from reaching the inlet group, and liquid leakage can be prevented even though the battery attitude follows the tilted attitude of the aircraft.

Therefore, the swing range of the support frame can be limited to a range in one direction from the vertical position.

The effect is that liquid leakage can be suppressed even if there is a large change in the aircraft attitude, so there is no need to remove it during maintenance work, which reduces the work burden and suppresses the swing range of the support frame. The battery mounting structure occupies less space, which is particularly advantageous when it is stored and mounted inside a bonnet.

As shown in FIG. 1, a space is provided in the engine bonnet 18 between the radiator 13 and the handlebar shaft 6a in which a battery 20 is mounted. Then, a support frame 22 that can swing around the transverse axis X of the aircraft body is attached to a fixed frame 21 that is erected in the fuselage frame within that space, and a group of battery fluid inlets 20a are connected to one horizontal side in the longitudinal direction. The battery 20, which is provided on the 20A side, is attached to the support frame 22, and the inlet 20 is attached to the support frame 22.
The group a is mounted and fixed on the side opposite to the fixed frame 21 and along the width direction of the fuselage.

Therefore, since the support frame 22 is swingable with respect to the longitudinal inclination of the body, the battery 20
The fixed frame 21 can be maintained in a vertical position, and since the fixed frame 21 is positioned on the front side of the aircraft body with respect to the support frame 22, the fixed frame 21 itself can be maintained in a substantially vertical position relative to the support frame 22. The stopper mechanism 23 also functions as a stopper mechanism 23 that prevents swinging in the front area of the fuselage, and by limiting the swinging range of the support frame 22, the space occupied by the battery mounting structure within the bonnet 18 is minimized. It is designed to do so.

In other words, when the aircraft is tilted backwards, the second
As shown in the figure, the support frame 22 swings to maintain the vertical posture of the battery 20, and on the other hand, when the battery 20 is tilted backward, the support frame 22 is swung by the fixed frame 21 as shown in FIG. However, the battery 20 is attached to the support frame 22 so that the group of inlets 20a is offset to one side in the longitudinal direction 20A and is located on the opposite side of the fixed frame 21. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the liquid level from reaching the group of injection ports 20a, and in any case, liquid leakage can be prevented. Therefore, there is no need to remove the battery or use a special sealed battery when the machine is tilted, such as when going over a ridge or performing maintenance on the mower 7 or the like.
