（考案が解決しようとする問題点）上記従来のものは構造が複雑であり、従つて閉
止操作上の取扱いが不便で、又完全な閉止作用に

て先端を互に開くように付勢した１対の挟持杆を
形成し、両挟持杆の先端部に夫々操作用把持部を
形成し、一方の挟持杆の把持部内側には他方の挟
持杆に向う突部を形成し、他方の挟持杆の把持部
内側には前記突部を係脱させる係止部を形成し

付勢および圧潰されたチユーブａの復元性と相俟
つて突部４と係止部５の係合は容易に解かれるも
ので、突部４と係止部５との係脱は材料線条の丸
