- 複数のシーズヒータを並列接続して共通の接続
端子により電極を取出すシーズヒータの電極取出
構造において、シーズヒータの並列接続部分全体
をガラスシールに埋め込んでなることを特徴とす
るシーズヒータの電極取出構造。
