頂部に被せるための電柱キヤツプに関するもので
ある。

凍結して体積を増し、クラツクを大きく拡大し、
最後に小石程度の割れ破片が発生する。この割れ
た破片が時に風に吹かれて電柱の頭頂部から落下
し、下に駐車していた車に当つて損傷を与える恐
れがあつた。

開口縁5に沿つて水平突条4が突設されている。
この水平突条4は前記傾斜突条3間に形成されて
いるが、傾斜突条3に連設されておらず、互いに
独立している。キヤツプ本体2の頂部外面は、吸
着可能となるように平坦面となつている。電柱キ
ヤツプA全体は比較的軟質の樹脂、例えば耐候性
に優れた低密度ポリエチレンの成形品である。電
柱1の頂部には円板状仕上げ部材9が嵌め込まれ
ており、その周囲をモルタル部10で固めてい
る。11は電柱1の頂部から突出している鉄筋で
あり、12は鉄筋孔閉塞用のモルタルである。

後、電柱キヤツプAを電柱1の頭頂部に充分に嵌
入させ終わつた処で前記操作棒7を持ち上げ操作
して前記キヤツプ押さえ体8を支点として電柱キ
ヤツプAを電柱1の頂部に押さえ付けながらテコ
作用で手前に上げると吸盤6の外周縁に取着され
た緒13が引かれて吸盤6の端が平滑な電柱キヤ
ツプAから引き剥され、吸盤6内に空気が入つて
吸盤6が電柱キヤツプAから極めて容易に剥離出
来るものである。これにより電柱キヤツプAを電
柱1の頂部に嵌装出来るのである。このように電
柱1の頂部が電柱キヤツプAにて嵌装された状態
であれば電柱1の頭頂部の円板状仕上げ部材9が
破損してもその破片が落下しないものである。

が向上して電柱の頭頂部から外れ難いという利点
