ときはその太陽電池の起電力が低下したことを検
知し切換回路が働いて昼間に充電された蓄電池の
電力で発光ダイオードを点滅させるようにしてい

部に窓孔9を穿設すると共に、該窓孔9に着脱自
在に蓋板10を取着し、この蓋板10に前記蓄電
