からワイヤの供給を開始することが望ましい。こ
のためのペイルパツク内からのワイヤ取出し技術
として実開昭60−1583号公報に開示された技術が
ある。該技術は環状の抑え部材にその内周側から
外周側へとスリツトを形成し、このスリツトにワ
イヤ積層体の外周側に沿つて配したワイヤの取出
し終端部を通すことにより、ペイルパツク交換時
に、ワイヤの抑え部材からの離脱を可能にした技
術である。この従来技術は連続的にペイルパツク
の交換ができるものの抑え部材のスリツト開口部
が鋭角状に形成されているのでワイヤが抑え部材
から離脱するとき、引つかかり易く、ワイヤの取
出し抵抗が増加するという欠点があつた。

イヤの終端部Weの保持部42を設けたY字状の
切欠きとしている。なお引き上げられるワイヤW
と先に接触する抑え部材の切欠端(以下先切欠端
という)を4a、後に接触する切欠端(以下後切
欠端という)を4bとすると、後切欠端を先切欠
端と同等かそれ以上に切除したV字状にしてい
る。これは上記したように通常時に引き上げられ
るワイヤが切欠き4に引つかからないようにする
ためである。

より、ワイヤ終端部Weを切欠穴4から引き出し

穴4との係合を解き、抑え部材3を離脱する。そ
