Normally, when displaying a color number, brand mark, etc. on a product molded by a molding die, there are cases where the product is molded with the display projected onto the mold itself, and when the display is displayed on the molded product. In some cases, the product is molded by attaching a sticker attached thereto, or by fixing the insert with a display projected oppositely onto the mold using screws or the like.

However, when molding products with markings attached to the mold itself, the mold itself must be changed every time there is a change in color number, etc., resulting in large-scale replacement work and a decrease in work efficiency. At the same time, it was necessary to prepare special molds for each type of display.

A insert with a brand mark or the like projected onto the surface thereof is fitted into the recess, and an extrusion member that removably supports the insert is inserted into the insertion hole. The extrusion member is urged in the ejecting direction by a spring in the insertion hole, and a shaft inserted from the side of the mold is arranged at a position intersecting the extrusion member of the insertion hole, and the shaft is inserted into the insertion hole. A cutout that can be flush with the inner surface of the insertion hole is formed, and a groove with a semicircular cross section that can fit into the shaft is formed on the side surface of the extrusion member.

When the insert and the extrusion member that removably supports the insert are fitted into the recess and insertion hole of the mold, the display surface of the insert is flush with the molding surface. When changing the display, when the shaft inserted from the side of the mold is rotated, its notch becomes flush with the inner surface of the insertion hole into which the extrusion member is inserted, and the insert applies the biasing force of the spring to the extrusion member. It is received through the molding surface and pops out from the molding surface. After that, all you have to do is remove the insert by unscrewing it from the extrusion member, and screw the insert with a new indication onto the extrusion member.
The insert can be replaced extremely easily.

In addition, in the installed state, the insert surface 2a is the core 6
It forms the same plane as the molding surface 8, and its bottom surface 2b is in contact with the recess bottom surface 11a. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is used in this state,
The product 8 is molded by injection molding or the like. It is a matter of course that the display 14 on the inserting surface 2a is engraved or protruded on the molded product 8 in a state in which it is projected oppositely.
It is possible to read color numbers, brand marks, etc. in their normal state (as they are).

For example, a plurality of pairs of the insert 2 and the extrusion member 3 may be arranged in a straight line, and a single shaft 18 may be used to prevent these from falling out. In this case, if the angle of each notch 19 formed in the shaft 18 is changed, each insert 2 can be replaced by changing the rotation angle of the shaft 18. Moreover, the molding die 1 to be used may be not only injection molding but also other general press molding machines. Further, the insert 2 may be exchanged between one with a display such as a brand mark and one with no display. Furthermore, the method of attaching the insert 2 to the extrusion member 3 may be a screw-fitting method or other connection method.

As explained above, in the present invention, the shaft inserted from the side of the mold is rotated to cause the insert to protrude from the molding surface via the extrusion member, and in this state, the insert is attached to and removed from the extrusion member. The insert can be replaced by simply doing the following, and the work of replacing the insert is extremely easy. Furthermore, since there is no need for screws or the like to attach the insert itself to the mold, no traces of the screws or the like are formed on the product, making it possible to manufacture high-quality products. Furthermore, compared to the case where a brand mark or other display is attached to the mold itself, it is not only easier to change the setup, but also the initial cost can be lowered. Also, compared to displaying by pasting a sticker on the product after it has been molded,
Since there is no risk of misalignment, uniform display is possible, and there are advantages such as less dirt on the display section.
