する支持アームと、 これらの支持アームを揺動自在に軸支し、前記
回動軸に連動して回動するとともに、表裏両面に
おいて前記回動軸と係合する貫通孔を中心部に形
成し、前記回動軸に対して抜き差し可能な回動体
と、 前記支持アームと前記回動体との間に設けられ
て前記複数個のローラを前記弾性チユーブに押圧
するバネ体とで、 前記ロータ部を構成したことを特徴とするチユ
