  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アーク炉における黒鉛電極の保持ホルダー
    近傍から該黒鉛電極表面に冷却液を噴霧して該黒
    鉛電極を冷却しつつ通電する黒鉛電極において、
    テーパー型ニツプル１を介して接続した２本の電
    極２，２′の接続外周部３を基点とし接続外周面
    ４に略平行にテーパー型ニツプル１に向けて、１
    本ないし複数本の金属製ピン５を圧入してなるこ
    とを特徴とする電極接続部の構造。 (2) 金属製ピン５の長さｌと、電極接続断面の
    幅：Ｌとの比がｌ／Ｌ＝1/2〜1/10であることを
    特徴とする請求項(1)記載の電極接続部の構造。
