(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such a configuration, as the dirt on the dishes is removed, the stains in the cleaning liquid increase, making it difficult to clean the surfaces of the dishes sufficiently after washing. In particular, if the tableware is a transparent glass used only to serve water to customers, if you wash the glass with the cleaning solution used after cleaning curry plates, etc., the surface of the glass will become even more dirty with dirt from the cleaning solution. The reality was that I had to put it away. Therefore, in order to improve the finish of washing dishes, the number of times the dirty washing liquid in the washing liquid tank must be replaced with fresh washing liquid increases, which increases the amount of washing liquid consumed, which is uneconomical. In addition, in order to improve the finish of tableware washing, the rinsing time that is normally done after washing the tableware becomes longer, which lowers the temperature of the cleaning solution, reducing the sterilizing effect of the tableware and causing the tableware to become dry. was having a negative impact. To solve this problem, it is conceivable to increase the size of the cleaning liquid supply equipment, but this increases the cost and is not practical.

Therefore, in order to deal with the above-mentioned problems, the present invention effectively utilizes the function of the double-pipe overflow pipe in a dishwasher, and divides the cleaning liquid in the hot water storage tank to distribute the same divided cleaning liquid into each part. The aim is to prevent such stains while allowing the use of different types of dishes depending on how dirty they are.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve the problem, the structural feature of the present invention is that the cleaning liquid supplied from the hot water supply source into the hot water storage tank opened at the bottom wall of the cleaning tank is transferred to the cleaning tank by a cleaning pump. The washing liquid supplied from the hot water source is sprayed into the washing tank as rinsing water through the rinsing nozzle by a rinsing pump to rinse the dishes. In the dishwasher, a partition wall is provided upright in the hot water storage tank to form a pair of divided tanks, and a partition wall is connected between each bottom of the pair of divided tanks and the washing pump to form a pair of divided tanks. A switching valve that selectively switches and supplies each cleaning liquid in the tank to the cleaning pump, and a pair of double-pipe overflow pipes installed vertically in the pair of split tanks, respectively, are provided. One is an inner tube that is erected on the bottom wall of one of the pair of divided tanks and opens outward through the bottom wall, and the other is fitted into the inner tube from above and from the outside. an outer tube forming a communication path between the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube and the upper end opening for communicating the interior of the one divided tank from below to the upper end opening of the inner tube;
The other of the pair of overflow pipes is provided with an inner pipe that is erected on the bottom wall of the other of the pair of divided tanks and opens outward through the bottom wall, and an inner pipe that is connected upwardly and outwardly to the inner pipe. and an outer tube that is fitted from the inner tube and forms a communication path between the outer peripheral surface and the upper end opening of the inner tube that communicates the inside of the other divided tank from below to the upper end opening of the inner tube. and the upper end openings of both inner tubes are located above the upper edge of the partition wall, and the guide plate covers the entire opening of the other divided tank from above. The partition wall is supported so as to extend upwardly of the one divided tank, beyond the upper edge of the partition wall, and inclined downwardly.

(Function and Effect) By configuring the present invention as described above, when the tableware is a heavily soiled tableware such as a curry plate or a bowl, the cleaning liquid from one of the pair of divided tanks can be used for the cleaning by the switching valve. When applied to the pump, the cleaning liquid in the one divided tank is injected into the washing tank via the washing nozzle in response to the operation of the washing pump, thereby washing heavily soiled dishes. Next, the washing liquid from the hot water source is injected into the washing tank through the rinsing nozzle by the rinsing pump, thereby rinsing the washed dishes as described above.

As described above, the dishes are divided into those that are heavily soiled and those that are lightly soiled, and the cleaning liquid in one of the divided tanks is used for the dishes that are heavily soiled, while the cleaning liquid in the other divided tank is used for the dishes that are lightly soiled. By using the cleaning liquid in the separate tanks, it is possible to reliably prevent clean dishes from becoming even more stained by the cleaning liquid used to wash heavily soiled dishes. Efficiently removes stains from tableware. Therefore, clean tableware can be properly rinsed at high temperatures without increasing the rinsing time and the amount of rinsing liquid consumed, and water conservation can be promoted. Therefore, there is no need to increase the capacity of the hot water source.

Further, as mentioned above, the cleaning liquid used for washing heavily soiled dishes is either directly returned to the one divided tank or guided by the guide plate, assuming that the cleaning liquid is present in the other divided tank. The water is then refluxed into the one divided tank. Therefore, if the cleaning pump is stopped, the cleaning liquid thus returned will remain in the one divided tank.
In such a case, the cleaning liquid flowing back into the one divided tank is prevented from flowing into the other divided tank by the guide plate, so that the cleaning liquid in the other divided tank may become heavily contaminated. will not get dirty.

Therefore, as described above, the rinsing liquid used for rinsing heavily soiled tableware flows over the entire surface of each washing liquid in the two divided tanks, beyond the upper edge of the partition wall. Then, the cleaning liquid in each divided tank is pushed downward by the rinsing liquid on each surface thereof, and is discharged to the outside through the communication passage of each overflow pipe and each inner pipe. Therefore, the residue of the heavily contaminated cleaning liquid in the one divided tank is purified by mixing with the less contaminated rinsing liquid, and the entire cleaning liquid in the one divided tank becomes hot and clean. Therefore, even if such a cleaning liquid is used to wash heavily soiled dishes afterwards, the stains can be sufficiently removed, and as a result, the number of replacements of the cleaning liquid in the hot water tank can be reduced by effectively utilizing the rinsing liquid. As a result, the consumption of cleaning liquid and detergent can be significantly reduced, and the cleaning time can be shortened, that is, the number of dishes to be washed can be increased. Note that the cleaning liquid in the other divided tank can be purified in substantially the same manner.

In addition, as mentioned above, the cleaning liquid used for cleaning dishes with little dirt is either directly returned to the other divided tank or guided by the guide plate, assuming the existence of the cleaning liquid in the one divided tank. The washing liquid flows over the surface of the cleaning liquid in the one divided tank, passes over the upper edge of the partition wall, and flows back into the other divided tank. Therefore, if the cleaning pump is stopped,
The cleaning liquid thus refluxed remains in the other divided tank as it is.

Therefore, as described above, the rinsing liquid used for rinsing lightly soiled tableware flows over the entire surface of each cleaning liquid in the two divided tanks, beyond the upper edge of the partition wall. Then, the cleaning liquid in each divided tank is pushed downward by the rinsing liquid on each surface thereof, and is discharged to the outside through the communication passage of each overflow pipe and each inner pipe. Therefore, the remaining cleaning liquid with less dirt in the other divided tank is purified by mixing with the rinsing liquid with even less dirt, and the entire cleaning liquid in the other divided tank becomes hotter and cleaner. In addition, as mentioned above, by effectively using the rinsing liquid used for dishes with little dirt, it is possible to further maintain the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the one divided tank and promote purification, thereby improving the finish of washing. Further, it is possible to promote saving of cleaning liquid and increase the number of dishes to be washed by shortening the cleaning time.

In this embodiment configured as above, when the water supply valve 40 is opened, the cleaning hot water from the hot water source flows into the cleaning tank 10a through the pipe P3, and further passes through the filter 15 as shown in FIG. It flows into the divided tank A as shown by the arrow in the figure. After that, when the cleaning hot water in the divided tank A increases and reaches the level of the upper edge 16a of the partition plate 16, the cleaning hot water in the divided tank A exceeds the upper edge 16a of the partition plate 16 and flows into the divided tank. It begins to flow into B. In this state, when the cleaning hot water in the divided tank B increases to the level of the upper edge 16a of the partition plate 16, the water supply valve 40 is closed. As a result, each of the cleaning hot water in the two divided tanks A and B becomes full, and hot water supply is completed. It is assumed that the cupboard 13 contains heavily soiled tableware such as curry plates and bowls.

However, since both the divided tanks A and B remain full of washing water, the rinsing water flowing down as described above flows into each of the divided tanks A and B, as shown in Figure 4. Flows uniformly over the entire surface of the wash water. Therefore, the dirty washing water in the divided tank A is pushed downward by the above-mentioned rinsing water, passes through the annular passage 23 and the cavity 24 in the overflow pipe 20, and the inner pipe 21, and is discharged into the drain pipe. (See Figure 4). Therefore, the dirty washing water in the divided tank A is reduced and the rinsing water is mixed in, and the washing water in the divided tank A is brought closer to high-temperature clean water. On the other hand, the washing hot water in divided tank B is also

If the diameters of the outer pipe 22 and inner pipe 21 are selected to be large in accordance with the volume of the divided tank A and the degree of contamination of the cleaning water, the cleaning water in the divided tank A can be efficiently purified. . Further, even when the above-described dishwashing is applied to the subsequent washing of other dirty dishes, it is possible to reliably remove the stains from the dishes since it depends on the washing water that has been purified by the rinsing water. Additionally, the rinsing water is used for the next wash without being drained, which helps save water.

The water flows down through the filter 15, flows over the surface of the washing hot water in the divided tank A, crosses the partition plate 16, and returns to the divided tank B, which becomes almost full of water (see FIG. 5). Also,
When washing dishes such as glasses with little dirt as described above, the washing water in divided tank B is used instead of the washing water in divided tank A for heavily soiled dishes. Tableware such as glasses with little dirt is not soiled by the washing water in the divided tank A, and the dirt can be reliably removed.
Further, the upper edge 16a of the partition plate 16 is connected to each inner tube 21,

Next, when the hot water supply valve 50 is opened, the rinsing water from the booster 60 is supplied to the rinsing pump in the same manner as described above.
Both rinsing nozzles 12a, 12b are activated by Pb.
The water is sprayed together with rinse onto the cupboard 13 from outside. As a result, tableware such as glasses is rinsed. In this case, since the tableware is in a clean state as described above, the rinsing time is shortened, ensuring a sterilizing effect at high temperatures and being effective in saving water. The rinsing water thus used for rinsing flows down through the filter 15 toward the divided tank A, and flows uniformly over the entire surface of each washing water in both the divided tanks A and B in the same way as described above. Therefore, the slightly contaminated cleaning water in the divided tank B is pushed downward by the above-mentioned rinsing water and flows into the overflow pipe 3.

Therefore, the dirty washing water in the divided tank B is reduced and the rinsing water is mixed in, and the washing water in the divided tank B is brought closer to high-temperature clean water. On the other hand, the cleaning hot water in the divided tank A is further promoted to have a high temperature and clean hot water in substantially the same manner. In such a case, each diameter of the outer pipe 32 and inner pipe 31 of the overflow pipe 30 is selected to be smaller than each diameter of the outer pipe 22 and the inner pipe 21 of the overflow pipe 20, but the cleaning hot water in the divided tank B is Since the degree of contamination and volume are smaller than the degree of contamination and volume of the washing water in divided tank A,
The cleaning hot water inside can be efficiently purified. Also,
When washing other dishes next time, use divided tank A or B.
Even the cleaning water that has been purified by the rinsing water inside is used to wash the dishes separately depending on how dirty they are, so you can reliably remove the dirt from the dishes. In addition, water for rinsing dishes such as glasses can be used for the next wash without draining, helping to save water.
