本考案は中仕切を具備する職業用の大型米飯保

[従来の技術]
従来、食堂、料理店等で用いられている職業用
の大型米飯保温器は米飯が3升収納される大型保

低部にゆくに従つてより上層部の米飯の重さによ
り、又温水の状態にも起因してべたついた固まり
となり、上部のようなふつくらした状態とは異な
り、米飯の美味がそこなわれ、残飯のようにな

本考案の米飯保温器は通常の保温器に別に内径

し、円板の上にあとの約半分程度の米飯を収納す
る。上記のようにした場合と従来の中仕切のない
場合を比較実験するに、本考案のものを用いた場
合は円板より下層の米飯は上層の米飯と全く同様
にふつくらした状態が保たれ上層部の重さによる
