ールによつて流量を調整してタレ供給タンクより
供給するようにしてあり、タレ槽の表面に浮かん
だ肉の油分はオーバーフローされて受け皿に流れ
て油受槽に流れ落ちるようにしてあり、アームの
下方に水槽が設けてあつて流れ落ちる肉の油分を
収納し、水槽に浮かんだ油分がオーバーフローさ
れて排水受を経て排水タンクに収納するようにし
てある自動串焼機である。
