The present invention relates to an automatic filling and packaging apparatus having a bag receiving section, an opening section, a filling section, a degassing/temporary sealing section, a final sealing section, and a carrying out section at each position.

装置によりなされていた。(Prior Art) This type of device is widely used for filling and packaging various contents. However, such conventional devices are intended for bags having a bag opening on one side. In recent years, aseptic bags have come into use that are completely sealed around the entire periphery during bag manufacturing, making the inside completely sterile, and that are prepared by cutting one side of the bag just before filling and packaging to create a bag opening. It's been getting worse. Since the conventional filling and packaging apparatus described above cannot handle such sterile bags, the above-mentioned cutting has been performed by a separate apparatus.

In addition, in the case of a raw fabric in which the above-mentioned all-around sealed bags are formed continuously through perforations, after separating each bag manually at the perforations, stack several of these bags and open the above-mentioned bags. was working.

In this state, the bag is brought to the filling section where the contents are filled, and then the bag is evacuated and the opening is sealed to complete the filling and packaging process.

Therefore, depending on the type of content to be filled, the content may adhere to the opening through the opening piece, making it impossible to maintain sterility, reducing sealing performance, and impairing the appearance. I was used to it.

The mechanism of the separating section is not particularly limited, but for example, a continuous bag drawn from the original fabric may be fed by a feed roller with a high rotational speed arranged at the front and a feed roller with a slow rotation speed arranged behind it. If the bags are sent out using a device, the bags can be separated one by one at the perforations due to the speed difference between the feed rollers.

Each part of the unloading section is arranged. The filling device is provided with at least as many bag holding mechanisms as the number of bag holding mechanisms corresponding to each of the above-mentioned sections, and each bag holding mechanism is capable of intermittently stopping at each of the above-mentioned sections and moving in circulation. Each of the above parts is held by the bag holding mechanism in the bag receiving section, for example, when a suspended bag moves intermittently with the movement of the bag holding mechanism and reaches each of the above parts. It's starting to work now.

The bag has a suction cup, a pair of mouth expansion pieces that enter the bag from the opening and move apart to expand the opening, and a mouth expansion maintenance suction cup that maintains the mouth expansion state by adhering to the outer surface of the bag. More preferably, the widening piece is configured to be removed from the bag before the filling process.

The paper is separated one by one by the difference in speed and delivered to the filling device.

Thereafter, the bag is widened in the widening section, filled with contents in the filling section, and then the bag opening is sealed in the sealing section, and then the bag is carried out as a product from the carrying out section.

The mouth of the bag is widened by moving away, and then the mouth expansion maintaining suction cup is used to maintain the mouth expansion state, and the mouth expansion piece is pulled out from the bag, and then the bag that can be expanded is brought to the filling section. In this way, the contents do not adhere to the expansion piece during filling, unlike in the conventional case.

Go inside. At this point, the bag 5' is completely cut (see Figures 4B and C). At this time, wrinkles are generated at the bag opening by the action of the protrusion 37 and the recess 40. Then, air flows into the wrinkled portion, making it easier to open the bag mouth (see FIG. 4A), which will be described later. After that, the other bag presser 32 and the blade 3 are removed.
3 retreats to the original position. At this time, the upper edge portion of the bag as the cut waste is held by the vacuum pressure of the vacuum hole 36 and is not attached to the other bag holder 32. When the other bag presser 32 and the blade body 33 are completely retracted, the vacuum pressure is released. Then, the upper edge portion of the waste bag separated by the convex step portion 35 and the concave step portion 36 easily separates from one of the bag holders 31, and the receiving tray 41

That is, one opening suction cup 51a and the other opening suction cup 51b move to a position where they bite into the bag 5' so as to pinch the bag 5'. Therefore, more wrinkles occur at the bag opening, and air flows in from there (No. 5).

Thereafter, the tongue pieces 52a and 52b of the mouth expanding piece move close to each other and are pulled out upward.

It is now possible to separate the bag and cut one side of it to create a bag opening just before the filling process.
Using continuous sealed bags, the filling and packaging work can be made more efficient and the equipment can be simplified, and since the bag is not opened until immediately before filling, complete sterility can be maintained.
