てコンクリート打ちして埋設したりする施工をす
べて不必要とし、資材的にも工事的にも経済負担
が少なく、しかも、前記枠体の撤去や更新のため
の工期や旋工後の養生期間を含めた長い期間の交
通規制や交通遮断を極く短期間で済ませることが
できるようにすることを目的とする。
